ReinigungsHeld Reviews & Product Details

ReinigungsHeld replaces the tick list on the toilet door, for cleaning in Germany. You set up properties, areas and tasks with an interval; templates for office, toilet and stairwell save typing. For each area an A4 notice with the task list and a QR code is created. The cleaner scans the code with a smartphone and ticks off tasks without installing an app; the time and initials are recorded. Management sees a traffic light for each area and can output the monthly record for each property as a PDF or CSV. According to the provider, setting up a property with two areas takes about ten minutes. It is aimed at small cleaning companies and caretaker services, as well as practices, day care centres, restaurants and offices with their own cleaning. The service is currently free; any change will be announced in advance. The provider is MoersbergerIT, a sole proprietorship in Sarstedt, Germany. The interface is in German, built for German law and practice.
