Reimbilly is an expense management and reimbursement platform built by Kontroma Private Limited in Mumbai. Employees photograph receipts and AI extracts every field — vendor, amount, date, tax — so nobody types expense data again. Expenses group into reports by trip, project, or period, then route through multi-level, policy-checked approval workflows. Finance teams get spending analytics, audit trails, and clean accounting exports. Teams also get end-to-end encrypted chat and org workspaces. Reimbilly is India-first: rupee pricing with a free personal plan and paid plans from ₹199/month, DPDP Act 2023 compliance built in, and UPI-native reimbursements on the roadmap. Web is live today; iOS, Android, and desktop apps are coming soon.
