But what I like best is the customer service: responsive, reliable, and genuinely helpful. **What do you dislike about Regy?** There really isn’t anything I dislike. My only comment is that I liked receiving the statement of searches along with my invoice when it was emailed to me each week, so I didn’t have to log into my account just to review what I had ordered during the past week. **What problems is Regy solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem Regy has solved for me is the quick turnaround on NUANS searches. I receive the results immediately after placing an order, which lets me prepare and turn around articles of incorporation for my clients much faster. ### 2. I also love their team and the fact that they're Canadian. They have made due diligence very simple for Canadian law firms, allowing us to get all of the search results we need with a click of a button. No platform other than Regy offers summary reports (for free!!). I switched to Regy because it's much easier to use; it saved me a lot of time on searches and offers competitive pricing. The initial setup was extremely easy, which is why I loved it so much. **What do you dislike about Regy?** Nothing i dislike about Regy to be honest they did a great job **What problems is Regy solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are the most advanced product on the market I use Regy during due diligence to run public registry searches in Canada. It's incredibly easy to use and simplifies due diligence for law firms. The quick customer support and competitive pricing are great, and it saves me a lot of time on searches. ### 3. I order all my PPSAs through them, and their summary report is really useful as well. **What do you dislike about Regy?** Some features still aren’t fully developed, but they seem open to suggestions and are actively working to fix issues and make improvements. For example, they’ve recently started offering PPSA registrations, and the process is straightforward and easy to use. **What problems is Regy solving and how is that benefiting you?** We’re seeing faster results and clearer communication, which helps us get our work done more efficiently. It’s not cluttered at all. The speed of the results and the organized fashion in which the documents can be merged. **What do you dislike about Regy?** Maybe it’s the pricing—it’s not as good as some competitors. Still, I use Regy for its speed and the level of customization it offers. **What problems is Regy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Regy is very reliable, which makes it easy for me to plan my workflow without having to build in long wait times for results. Less re-ordering of product. Also, the re-ordering feature is very helpful for repeat and large orders. ### 5. Several helpful features have been added since we started using it such as NUANS and US searches. **What do you dislike about Regy?** The only downside was in the early stages when we couldn't run NUANS and US searches, but that is no longer an issue. **What problems is Regy solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's an all encompassing tool and the disbursements are much cheaper for our clients. I love that we automatically get a PPSA summary along with the report at no extra cost. ### 6. Fast search results help me most, especially when lawyers need results in rush scenarios. I also like being able to save searches in my preferred order, and the ability to provide Search Reports when needed and customize them. The Regy customer service team is very helpful and prompt to reply when called upon.
