I liked Register.com in the past but presently I am more than frustrated with they're lack of response or solutions to email problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you call you wait 30 minutes or more for someone to respond. When they answer, 50% of the time, they transfer you and you wait again. I have been trying to get a second email account for my business for over two weeks and it still isn't resolved. They won't even give me an estimated time to resolve this. They tell you that they have to send the complaint up a level and you will hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I have never heard back. I have to call everytime. Now they are saying that they are having a problem with Microsoft 365 and only my account is having this problem. I read reviews on other sites and they are terrible. One star. I've used Register is some form or another over the last ten years or so and they've been top notch in terms of performance and customer service. Their prices are competitive with other hosting and domain registration companies. The Register.com website has clearly defined sections that describe all their services well. Register.com offers reasonable pricing and has good customer service and technical support. The shared hosting plan we use has good page loading speeds at just about all hours of the day. Register.com does a good job at staying up with web technology in both the front and back end. They offer some DIY web builder templates that are easy for me and several associates to use. We can also activate many types of web programming languages such as PHP and MySQL. Register offers a solid hosting plan that we use for our WordPress websites. I think that some of Register's shared hosting plans can be a little bit slow due to the amount of users that they have on them. Register.com, while not being the cheapest registrar out there, provides a solid and reliable domain registration service while also providing other beneficial services including web hosting, web design, and search engine optimization. It has some unmatchable qualities like an amazing array of templates to choose from, customization-friendly mobile templates and an ease to keep a track of all of them in one go. Premium version also fetch us a bank of supported features like emails, live chat on phone and more options.
