When they answer, 50% of the time, they transfer you and you wait again. I have been trying to get a second email account for my business for over two weeks and it still isn't resolved. They won't even give me an estimated time to resolve this. They tell you that they have to send the complaint up a level and you will hear back in 24 to 48 hours. I have never heard back. I have to call everytime. Now they are saying that they are having a problem with Microsoft 365 and only my account is having this problem. I read reviews on other sites and they are terrible. One star. Their prices are competitive with other hosting and domain registration companies. The Register.com website has clearly defined sections that describe all their services well. I can look for and pay for items without any confusion about what I'm buying. They don't try to upsell that much. **What do you dislike about Register.com?** The control panel and settings options haven't evolved that much over the years. I think they offer sufficient account management features overall though. **What problems is Register.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using Register.com lets us put our minds at ease regarding many online business concerns. If we used a more obscure or less prominent hosting company, there could be more worry about whether our page loads will be fast or if pages will even load at all. The Register.com account tools have all the main domain and hosting management tools we need to add new CMS installations, email addresses and make quick files transfers. **What do you dislike about Register.com?** The pricing isn't bad to me, but it also isn't nearly close to the lowest prices on the market for similar services. They offer some DIY web builder templates that are easy for me and several associates to use. We can also activate many types of web programming languages such as PHP and MySQL. Register offers a solid hosting plan that we use for our WordPress websites. The customer service at Register.com is very pleasant and is usually easy to get a hold of. **What do you dislike about Register.com?** I think that some of Register's shared hosting plans can be a little bit slow due to the amount of users that they have on them. Even though we had a good experience with Register overall, I thinks faster page loading speeds can be had at more boutique hosting companies that have fewer customers. **Recommendations to others considering Register.com:** Register.com is a company that has a pretty good reputation based on what I've read and it's been around for many years. I haven't heard many bad things about Register from the people I know that have used them for hosting or domain registration. The customer end is called web.com and they have a DIY site builder. With register.com, the process not only got simpler, but also helped me learn and understand the elements of a good website. Premium version also fetch us a bank of supported features like emails, live chat on phone and more options. The site is pretty much a good experience for a user in terms of UX/UI. Along with super easy DNS settings, a customer support and a great look and feel, its kind of the best in the market. **What do you dislike about Register.com?** The stupid lag in page loads is very very frustrating and kills all the productivity goals you had for the day. I happened twice with us but that can be ignored given the general page lag is minimal. Professional assistance from web.com helped me build a good site! It has good executed and easy to use online store. Prices are cheap compared to other websites. If you want to build a personal, web.com has enough tools to allow you to build a pretty decent website. web.com has 450 mobile-optimized design templates to choose from, which is a fairly large collection. When it comes to customizing mobile templates, the options that web.com provides are actually a lot more than what other websites builders provide. If you subsribe to premium version then you get verity of support like email, live chart and phone. The support team is very skilled and are really helpful in what you would like to design. The website also provides free hosting. **What do you dislike about Register.com?** My complaint is that there can be times fairly frequently where you cannot log in. This is the only problem I have had with it, and it is a pain when I need to log in to update my website, because I can't. web.com does not allow you the flexibility to edit the CSS and HTML of the templates. **Recommendations to others considering Register.com:** If you are a small business or plan on having an online shop, Web.com is a website builder you should consider. If you want to keep your domain then do not pay amount after your last day. They will sell the domain to some other customers or ask higher amount from you. ### 14.
