## About Refleo
Refleo is between-session software for therapists and counselors, built for clients of every age, including adolescents. Clients record short voice or text check-ins between appointments on iPhone or the web, and before each session the clinician gets a brief: recurring themes, the client's own words, and matches for the keywords the clinician chose to track, always shown alongside the original entries. Refleo surfaces what clients said. It never interprets, diagnoses, or assesses risk. The clinician sets the keywords to watch for and is alerted when an entry contains one, so every clinical judgment stays with the clinician. Coming soon: passive signals. Clients will be able to connect sources like their music, social media, and screen time, and the brief will show that activity as context next to their check-ins. It's opt-in: clients choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian signs consent before the account is used. Refleo is a HIPAA business associate, and every clinician signs a Business Associate Agreement at sign-up. Clinicians pay per seat; clients never pay.
