It allows them to dig into an industry (and get pretty granular regarding the sub-industries you want to look into). The information is very helpful when trying to understand what questions we should ask the prospect when digging into their risk and gathering information that will be important to the carrier. **What problems is ReferenceConnect AI solving and how is that benefiting you?** Team ability to research a risk, ask good questions proactively, especially helpful for newer colleagues but beneficial for all! ### 5. Ability to provide Underwriters with pertinent ISO rules/exemptions when there is an underwriting dispute.
