**What do you like best about Reevo?**

What stands out most about Reevo is the tight integration between meeting notes and opportunity tracking—it’s incredibly powerful. The AI-generated summaries and curated video clips have become core to how we operate. We use them for salesperson training, capturing and tracking opportunity details, managing follow-ups, and even documenting product requirements and sales engineering insights for customer engagements.

Another big differentiator is adoption across the broader team. In most CRMs I’ve used, sales engineers technically have access but rarely engage. With Reevo, they are active participants in opportunity management, which has significantly improved collaboration and deal execution. We’re also seeing strong value from the prospecting and outreach modules, which are helping us drive more consistent pipeline generation.

**What do you dislike about Reevo?**

Like any evolving platform, we’ve encountered a few bugs along the way. That said, Reevo’s support team has been outstanding—responsive, engaged, and quick to resolve issues—which has made a big difference in our overall experience.

**What problems is Reevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reevo is solving the challenge of fragmented sales workflows by bringing everything into a single, integrated platform. Instead of juggling multiple tools for notes, opportunity tracking, collaboration, and outreach, we now have a unified system that keeps all relevant data and workflows in one place.

This has improved efficiency, increased team alignment (especially between sales and sales engineering), and ensured that important context doesn’t get lost. Ultimately, it allows us to move faster, stay better organized, and execute more effectively across the entire sales cycle.

**What do you like best about Reevo?**

As a design partner, we've had a front-row seat to how Reevo is built/where it's going, and it's been a great experience. The standout for us has been how fast they move and build features + the AI completely woven throughout the platform. Being able to automatically analyze call transcripts and contacts without manually digging through everything saves me 2 hours a week on its own.
We've been able to go stackless by consolidating tools we were previously paying for separately: recording, prospecting, and outbound tools all inside Reevo simplifies both our stack and budget.
Would recommend to any team that wants a smarter CRM.

**What do you dislike about Reevo?**

There are some bugs here and there with the tech but they are very responsive and fast to fix!

**What do you like best about Reevo?**

I use Reevo to streamline my outreach and inbound lead processes, making it easy to have everything documented in one place. I really like their meeting prep/recording and follow-up feature as it saves so much time by taking the research/prep and question outline off my plate. The synthesis, summarizing, and email follow-up after the meeting are also key benefits I enjoy. Reevo integrates really well with Slack, Google Meet, and Gmail, working wonderfully with them. The initial setup of Reevo was amazingly easy, and the team offers white glove services, making it a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Reevo?**

They are a startup themselves, so they work great for all the basic sales pipeline processes, but for larger companies or SLED based, they lack a bit in quotes, contracts, etc.

**What problems is Reevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Reevo to streamline my outreach, document everything in one place, and keep track of sales progress. It simplifies dealing with complicated tech stacks and gathers relevant data to close deals. The meeting prep/recording feature saves me time by handling research, questions, and follow-ups.

**What do you like best about Reevo?**

The video recording paired with the transcript quality is a huge step up from what we had before. The transcripts are accurate and detailed, and the notes it generates actually capture what matters. With our old provider, we used to constantly catching things that got missed. With Reevo, that just doesn't happen. Being AI-native makes a real difference because everything feels connected and integrated rather than bolted on.

**What do you dislike about Reevo?**

They currently don't have an MCP with co-work, but they are working on that :)

**What problems is Reevo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reveo solves the problem of losing critical details after meetings. Before, we were constantly going back to check what was said or what someone committed to, and things would slip through the cracks. With Reevo, every meeting is recorded with video and a clean transcript, so nothing gets lost. The automated notes and follow-up emails mean our team can focus on the actual conversation instead of scrambling to document everything after the fact. It keeps our client relationships tight because we always have the full picture of every interaction right at our fingertips.

The combination of fast implementation, white-glove onboarding, highly responsive customer success, and a product team that ships improvements quickly. It feels like a true partnership rather than a traditional vendor relationship.

There isn't anything that stands out as a major drawback. Like any software platform, there are always opportunities for continued enhancement, but the team has been extremely responsive and proactive in addressing feedback.

Reevo has helped streamline our workflows and improve efficiency while providing a platform that continues to evolve alongside our needs. The team's responsiveness and willingness to incorporate feedback have made it easier to drive adoption and maximize value across the organization.
