**What do you like best about Recruiter.hr?**

Reliable and validated tests, cheating is minimalized or completely eliminated due to camera option and questions appearing in random order, results available instantly and easy to interpret for both psychologists and non-psychologists.

**What do you dislike about Recruiter.hr?**

No dislikes, just design of admin dashboard could be a bit better organized and visually more appealing.

**Recommendations to others considering Recruiter.hr:**

If you need objective, validated and practical solution for employee selection this is a great tool.

**What problems is Recruiter.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Recruiter.hr  for more than 2 years. Before that, we used pencil and paper psychometric tests that took almost 2,5h to complete. Candidates would lose almost a whole day to take part in this stage of selection and we used to wait for results at least 2 days. Before switching to Recruiter.hr we conducted our own validation study which confirmed predictive validity of cognitive ability tests for future job performance.  Based on results, we managed to cut the testing time to 40 minutes, enable candidates flexibility to take tests in most convinient time for them, get instant test results and significantly increase selection capacity of our HR team. In addition, since we have offices in different countries, Recruiter.hr enabled us to have same selection methodology and criteria across all company.

Results are available immediately and easy to understand for everyone involved in the selection process.

Maybe the interface design could be more appealing but generally, the platform fulfills all the needs.

Digitalized psychological testing with validated tests that save time in the selection process. It also offers an objective view of the candidate`s cognitive skills and personality.

**What do you like best about Recruiter.hr?**

It's super easy to use. By selecting the competencies you want to assess the system recommends the tests, so it's suitable for both psychologists and non-psychologists. 

It also recommends the questions for the interview based on the test results.

You can run and review the entire recruitment process in one place. Every recruiter's dream (reviewing CVs, video interviews, assessments, thank you notes...).

Great test quality and creation at the same time, using University expertise and real work validation.

The color scheme could be better and it has some issues with

Great product, and more importantly great support team, easy to communicate with and adapt to any requirements.

Getting to the right hire faster, more accurately, and removing cognitive bias at the same time. 

It's like an assistant that helps you make the correct decision.

- simplicity of platform use
- speed (especially in interpreting results)

**What do you dislike about Recruiter.hr?**

- It would be good if the leadership styles questionnaire were part of the basic package
- Norms sometimes seem "too strict" (it's hard to achieve an above-average result), and sometimes different T-values are obtained for the same result (even though the candidate belongs to the same group by gender and age)

**What problems is Recruiter.hr solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- saving time in profile interpretation
- possibility to test candidates who are not from Istria
- possibility to test a large number of candidates at once

**What do you like best about Recruiter.hr?**

It automates many recruitment and selection processes. Makes communicating with candidates easy, especially with pre-written communication. Gives selection summaries in two forms: expert and easy-to-understand for managers.

**What do you dislike about Recruiter.hr?**

Interface could do with a touch-up especially design wise since it looks a bit outdated. Would be nice to have an automated candidate job-fit estimation like on simmilar platforms.

Psychological testing and candidate selection. Recruiter.hr makes a lot of operative work obsolete. Making reports and assesments for managers and other clients.

great variety of assessments available for recruitment (30+). All activities in one place; job publishing, video interviews, psychometric assessment, employee survey.

**What do you dislike about Recruiter.hr?**

the interface can be a little bit cleaner, less colours, but they are working on it

quicker selection and better assessment of candidates. Shorter recruitment and hundreds of hours saved on unnecessary interviews. Finding the perfect fit for the team

The speed in which I can answer candidates and give them feedback regarding job-add, psychological testing and results are on click an it is very time saving.

They lack some possibilities (archive, some categories for sorting).
But everything works properly.

Faster communication with candidates, centralised database of all interested in employment, faster jobs advertising.

Everything - it is very practical in all parts. Mostely i like that I immediately have the results from the psychological test. And its like a practical data base .

The best part was using different kind of tests for different roles I was recruiting. also, digitalized selection process was excellent(automatic replies, online interviews, thank you notes etc)
