Recruitable Reviews & Product Details

Built for agencies. Not adapted from corporate HR software. Most applicant tracking systems were designed for internal talent teams filling their own roles, then sold to agencies as an afterthought. Recruitable was built the other way around. It started inside a working sales recruitment agency that was running nine disconnected tools, and it was designed with input from recruiters at other firms who were asked what they actually needed. One platform, two pipelines. Recruitable runs a separate Client CRM and Candidate CRM. Your business development pipeline stays independent from your candidate data, so account managers and recruiters work in the same system without stepping on each other. Client activity updates automatically as deals progress. AI that does the work, not just the summarizing. AI Candidate Sourcing finds matching candidates the moment a job goes live, before anyone applies. AI Candidate Match scores every applicant and imported candidate against the role and shows its reasoning, so recruiters can challenge the ranking instead of trusting a black box. One-click AI screening replaces the manual review of hundreds of applicants per role. Ask anything on any candidate profile and get an answer drawn from their full record. AI interview assistant conducts structured candidate interviews using psychology-based questioning. Sourcing that fits how recruiters already work. A Chrome extension imports candidates directly from LinkedIn into the ATS. Candidates auto-advance through pipeline stages. A built-in client scheduler removes the back and forth on interview times. Data enrichment and business development intelligence fill in what is missing. Specialization-aware from day one. Recruitable is configured around your firm's focus, whether that is IT and software, executive and leadership search, healthcare and nursing, finance, engineering, legal, sales and marketing, life sciences, or logistics and transportation. Recruitable is software for recruiters. It does not compete with you for placements. Three notes before you publish Leave the roadmap features out. I did not include Multichannel Sequencing or the AI Resume Builder. Reviewers will call out anything on your profile they cannot find in the product, and a one-star review saying "advertised features do not exist" costs you more than the feature would have gained. Add them the week they ship. Same reason I skipped the 7X outreach claim. Unverified numbers on a review profile are an invitation for a reviewer to contradict you publicly. Keep those on your own site where nobody scores you on them. That last line is doing real work. Agency owners are wary of software vendors that also place candidates. Saying plainly that you do not compete with them removes an objection before the demo. Keep it in.
