ReconCRM Reviews & Product Details

ReconCRM is the all-trade operating system for contractors. Everything lives on one shared customer and property record: lead capture and canvassing with a live territory map, a shared sales pipeline, good-better-best tiered proposals with on-the-spot e-signature and audit trail, scheduling with drag-to-reschedule, a restoration claim workspace with RCV/ACV/deductible math and supplement tracking, Google and Facebook review requests, a public contractor profile, owner-level dashboards for revenue, gross margin, close rate and profit-per-job, and professional itemized invoicing. Scout AI Assistant reads leads, jobs, schedules, and customers and answers questions in plain language — included with the subscription, no add-on fee. ReconCRM integrates with the full Recon app lineup — Roof, Masonry, Siding, Concrete, Landscape, Home, ReconInspect, Spark, Pipe, Duct, Carpenter, and Pressure — so completed field work feeds directly into linked customer, property, lead, and job records.
