Received Digital Reviews & Product Details

Received Digital gives mailrooms and receiving teams a faster way to receive, track, and deliver inbound mail and packages. Every item is photographed at intake and automatically matched to the right recipient, then delivered through an interactive virtual mailbox where recipients can view it, request delivery, or forward it without a mailroom visit. Mail and packages run through two purpose-built workflows rather than one system stretched to cover both, so every item, letter or package, is tracked from arrival to pickup with a timestamped, staff-attributed history. That full chain of custody gives mailroom staff, recipients, and auditors the same record and closes disputes before they start. Built for universities, government agencies, hospitals, corporate mailrooms, and property managers who need every item accounted for and every recipient confident it is on the way.
