What do you like best about ReBiz?

ReBiz has honestly become one of my favorite tools for managing the day-to-day operations across all my stores. The platform makes everything so much easier. The reports alone are worth it — they give you a clear picture of what’s happening inside your locations, highlight trends you might miss, and provide the kind of data you truly need to run your business the right way.

The onboarding experience was smooth, and the team was extremely supportive throughout the whole process. Working with Kevin especially has been great. He really knows his stuff, explains things clearly, and is always there when you need help or have questions. It feels like they actually care about your success, not just selling you software.

Overall, it’s been a solid investment for us, and I genuinely appreciate the value it brings to our daily operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReBiz?

We really like several tools within Rebiz. Part of our model is measuring GP per Customer and Smart Phone conversion, so it ties in to our entire model with those aspects. Our team at JH Cellular really finds the Heat Maps useful as well. We use the traffic trends for traffic predictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReBiz?

We do not dislike anything, yet would love to see more integration and automation with traffic prediction. Currently we have a manual Excel formula for this, and have it pretty close. Maybe a mobile app/ dashboard and quicker access to the data. How can Rebiz use AI to give a platform to pull the data (like asking for YOY trends, notifications for trends/ outliers when there is a spike or dip) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReBiz?

I can get unbiased data for any location at any time. This allows me to easily identify top and bottom performers to make improvements to sales. Opening Rebiz is part of my daily routine, but utilizing things like YOY and Month over Month information to see what is working, where we're trending, and who's needing to step up is incredible. The automated reporting makes life easy. This helps us determine if staff levels are correct, who should be taking the most customers, where we're seeing growth. It's helped us grow stores and it's also tangibly prove results to the team that when you make a change you can improve sales.

The support we get from the Rebiz team is also 10/10. They're incredible communicators and are always open to feedback Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReBiz?

The only thing we've found to be a challenge is SKU management and what should count in conversion. Not all stores are the same so it can be difficult to catch what is in there and what isn't Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReBiz?

Rebiz/Datacam has provided great insight into our business for each of our individual locations. While we have had reporting prior to enrolling with Rebiz, the depth and detail that this allows us to view the business has been tremendously valuable. Whether we have clients that are in their businesses daily or take a more remote approach, there's data that allows everyone to see more into their business and work to improve areas of need. What do you dislike about ReBiz?

It's hard to identify anything that I would say is disliked by the locations enrolled currently in the program. As we want more reporting that is specifically catered to our business and each location, there is a delay but that's expected when it's being created from scratch. The installation process has had some obstacles with incomplete installations, various packages arriving at different times and I'd like to see that more streamlined.
