Real Talk Studio Reviews & Product Details

Real Talk Studio is an AI practice platform for high-stakes workplace conversations. People practise the difficult conversation before it is real: the complaint, the negotiation, the harassment disclosure, the first team meeting after a redundancy. Every session is live, unscripted and scored, so what you get is behavioural evidence of what someone said under pressure, not a completion certificate. Learners talk to a video or audio AI partner who has a backstory, a mood and a breaking point. Partners push back, get flustered, go quiet or hang up when the conversation warrants it. Team mode puts the learner in a room with two to four AI teammates who interrupt, challenge and debate. AI coaches run pre-session prep and post-session debriefs. L&D, operations and compliance teams build scenarios from a description or a template, then make them specific: paste in a policy or product document and sessions are scored for adherence and application. Custom avatars, voices and 200+ languages, with full-session localisation in 12. Feedback gives a 0 to 100 score, a skills ladder from Novice to Expert, an annotated transcript, and one thing to try on the next rep. Admins see confidence, competence and compliance by name, team and scenario, with CSV export, webhooks and a weekly digest. Deploy through invite, SSO, share links or LMS embed with no learner account required. ISO 27001, 9001 and 42001 certified. EU voice processing. Every conversation moderated. Used by OVO Energy, Mews, MiQ, UCFB and the University of Manchester. Transparent public pricing from £1,200. Try it free at realtalkstudio.com/start-practice with no sign-up.
