Real Extent Reviews & Product Details

Real Extent is an AI assistant for real estate agents that helps keep leads moving while agents are out showing homes or handling other work. It works inside the agent’s existing email and calendar, drafting replies to new inquiries from Zillow, Realtor.com, agent websites, referrals, and open houses. The agent can review and edit each draft before approving it, so replies can sound like them and include the details that matter. When a buyer is ready to see a property, Real Extent can help coordinate a showing around the agent’s calendar. It can also prepare follow-ups for people who have not replied and stop those follow-ups as soon as the lead responds. A built-in lead CRM keeps stages, notes, and follow-up dates together. A morning briefing brings forward messages that need an answer, follow-ups due, and meetings on the calendar. Real Extent supports the email and calendar providers agents already use, including Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and iCloud. Messages from Quo, Google Voice, Telegram, and website chat can be brought into the same workspace. Controls let agents choose which tasks are drafted, paused for approval, automated, or disabled. New lead outreach, sending email, and automatic follow-ups start in Ask first, and the activity log records what happened and whether the agent approved it. For security, Google tokens are encrypted, Drive access is read-only, and full email bodies are fetched when needed rather than stored. Real Extent is built for individual agents and small real estate teams that want faster lead response and consistent follow-up without replacing their current inbox. Plans start at $19 per month, with Pro at $49 and Team from $99. A 3-day trial is available with no credit card required.
