Essentials is $1,099/Year - It includes Auction Prep, which enables you to manage your donors, donations & guests, print your bid sheets, catalog, display sheets, cashiering, check-in guests, capture credit cards, record winning bids and purchases, process payments, check out guests, and email receipts. It also includes event wrap up & continuity of data for the next auction, email and print receipts & thank-yous for all bidders, over 40 reports, exportable to .CSV (Excel), the ability to roll over donors to your next event, personalized solicitation emails and print solicitation letters referencing donors previous contribution to your event, and easy import into DonorPerfect fundraising software. Email-based support is included, and phone support is available.

Select is $1,499/Year - It includes everything in Essentials, plus self-checkout - guests can check themselves out and pay on their own devices. Plus, a hosted auction website is included with an online catalog of items before and during the event. Make it your own with a custom banner image, welcome message, and background color. Offer sponsor logo placement & accept online donations. Collect auction items with an online procurement form that feeds directly into the ReadySetAuction system. Display your catalog online for the month prior to your event. Also included is online ticket & sponsorship sales - sell admission tickets and sponsorships online for up to a year before your event. Guest info goes directly into the ReadySetAuction system for bidder tracking. The buyer has the option to save credit card info for future use at your auction. A leaderboard (we call it Showcase) is also included. During your event, play a slideshow of your auction items, sponsor logos, and fund-a-need causes on monitors throughout the venue and/or project onto a big screen.

Complete is $1,999/Year - It includes everything in Select, plus online & mobile bidding. 90 days of electronic bidding before, during, and after your event via smartphones, tablets and computers. During your event, set up shared bidding stations and even proxy eBid on behalf of your guests. Automatic outbid notifications via text and email to keep your guests engaged all night!

What do you like best about ReadySetAuction?

It is part of DonorPerfect's platform and all data is uploaded into DP with the push of a button. It is a simple software to use. It is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadySetAuction?

The platform is antiquated. There is very limited ability to design it to be user friendly. The landing page looks like it is from 2004 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
