## React Bootstrap Reviews
  ### 1. Maximizing Front-End Development Efficiency with React Bootstrap: A Comprehensive Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nabil A. | Full Stack Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2023

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

React Bootstrap offers the best of both worlds by combining the popular front-end framework Bootstrap with React's component-based architecture. This makes it incredibly easy to build responsive and visually appealing web applications. The library provides ready-to-use components that are both customizable and easy-to-integrate, saving development time and effort. Its seamless compatibility with React also means you can take full advantage of React's ecosystem, including state management and hooks, while still enjoying the design consistency Bootstrap offers.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

React Bootstrap can be limiting when it comes to unique design requirements, as customization isn't always straightforward. The library may also add bloat to projects that don't need all its features, impacting performance.

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

React Bootstrap simplifies the development process by providing pre-made, responsive components, saving time on UI development. It also ensures design consistency across the application, making it easier to maintain. For me, this means quicker development cycles and less time spent on repetitive tasks, allowing me to focus on more complex aspects of application development.

  ### 2. Great library framework to develop frontend UI.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu D. | Web developer intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 04, 2022

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

I enjoy react-bootstrap for creating a quick and beautiful user interface in the react framework.
Some essential features to be considered
1. It's simple to install and integrate with npm I react-bootstrap.
2. It supports node package management and the execution of node packages.
3. A large and active user community is beneficial when you are stuck on a coding bug.
4. React bootstrap includes component libraries such as navbar, forms, text inputs, and button components.
5. Allow for the creation of customised CSS in addition to CDN.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

Some of its libraries do not support the latest deprecated version of responding. Thus we must use a prior stable version. There would be no dislike otherwise.

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a Web Developer, I need to develop the website's frontend, so I need some prebuilt components such as a navbar, forms, buttons, and input text place with responsiveness with the help of react-bootstrap; I do not need to write code from scratch; use react-bootstrap components, which are already created, so using bootstrap saves my time and efforts to build a fantastic responsive website.

  ### 3. straight forward to implement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Liz M. | Writer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 09, 2022

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

I like react bootstrap a lot. It simplifies design so I can focus on functionality. I like it for quick app creation where the emphasis is on functionality more than design.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

Sometimes they have lots of added boilerplate that you'll never use which turns into adds bloat for your project. So have to be careful about implementation using it.

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's not the greatest library ever but it gives you most of what you need for most requirements for most apps. I only use Bootstrap’s SCSS files for the customization. For dropdowns, for example, I’ve found it easier to make them work with TetherJS than Bootstrap’s implementation of it. Tabs are super easy to do on your own.

  ### 4. Simple, accessible, feature rich and active React framework to use Bootstrap styles and classes

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dushyant P. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2022

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

- Constantly evolving with Bootstrap updates - meaning that the latest, most optimized features are always ready to use
- Extremely accessible and optimized, with minimal dependencies, so that bundles are low weight and website loading is optimized
- Comprehensive, well organized documentation with multiple examples for components and APIs
- Active Discord community for discussion on features, updates and bugs
- Allows custom CSS overriding of default styles

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

- Lacks end to end examples on website, and doesn't allow new users to view a complete end product created using RB
- Styling is simple and isn't as good looking as some competitors like Material UI and Ant Design
- Some design decisions are hard to override and often arbitrary and do not fit into specific use cases
- Hasn't adapted to newer styles like Glassmorphism

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-React Bootstrap is the library we use to build several of our components. Given that it's based on Bootstrap, it was easy for our team to quickly get productive using it, without much KT needed. The active community is also good enough to solve any design issues that we might be facing.

  ### 5. Good for existing users migrating to a framework

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 10, 2022

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

The similarity and ease of migration from the CSS-only framework are what make this easier to use.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

There are better alternatives out there offering better UI and less bloat, the framework itself is quite heavy

**Recommendations to others considering React Bootstrap:**

You should explore a little for the right framework, if you can utilize most of the things the framework has to offer, go for it. Otherwise there are options that one must explore

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solve the problem of easily getting started with more complex Ui elements but with more options out there in form of frameworks, I have realized it's better to explore more if possible.

  ### 6. React Bootstrap - One stop solution for wide range of layouts, forms and components

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

I like the most about react bootstrap that you do not need dependencies like jquery while working with it. Being one of the oldest UI library it has evolved with time providing large number of components for any kind of requirement.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

I am not able to think of any dislike because as we work with this library we love to explore new components.

**Recommendations to others considering React Bootstrap:**

I would recommend using react bootstrap as it gives very clear documentation of all components and you have control over functioning of each component.

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get more control over function of components as we work towards more complex design. If I get stuck the documentation is self explanatory that you find solution very easily.

  ### 7. react bootstrap market is very booming , the reason behind that is its most optimize feature .

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** rahul m. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

Always ready to implement the latest feature, alow custom CSS, the wight of the bundle is very low so that reason website loading is very optimized. react-bootstrap is independent of dependency. virtual dom is very good features.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

new developers have more challenges for JSX complexity. a required additional tools to manage dependency

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to optimize website loading because react-bootstrap does not store unneeded dependencies like JQuery.because this reason performance also improved very well.

  ### 8. Best way to layout fast and simple in React

**Reviewed by:** Mani Kumar Reddy K. | Senior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2021

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

It has most of the bootstrap components as React components. It gives a purely React experience and removes the hassle of including unnecessary CSS and JS files in the codebase. It also helps avoid JS conflicts like jQuery additions.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

We still have to include CSS in the main app. Not all components that the latest bootstrap provides are not yet reflected. Event handlers are not fully compatible every time.

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making layouts and building reusable components.

  ### 9. Strongly suggestions for colleagues and friends. Useful and profitable

  ### 12. Ready Made Bootstrap 4.0 Components for React

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2020

**What do you like best about React Bootstrap?**

React Bootstrap has imported the ideas of Bootstrap by twitter to functional components in react. I love that you able to install it very easy with a package manager, allowing you to focus on the backend of development without having to worry about how the front end will look when you can prototype it with ready made components.

**What do you dislike about React Bootstrap?**

I dislike that the package is depreciated and doesn't work well with other components such as Simplebars. I also don't like how you have to install Bootstrap CSS which isn't already included in the package. I also despise that the package still uses jQuery as a dependency.

**Recommendations to others considering React Bootstrap:**

If you work in back-end development and use React I highly recommend installing the React-Bootstrap Package. It'll make your life easier when you're able to see the data your working on come to life!

**What problems is React Bootstrap solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With React Bootstrap I am able to work on the back-end of projects and use the componets provided to prototype the front end for our Front-End Engineers to work on. This give me a visualization of the data we work on and ensure that everything is running smoothly. Since everything is nearly complete with Bootstap React, I don't have to worry about CSS as much.
