## RDash Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless TrackingMade Design Coordination Much Smoother of Drawings, Approvals, and Design Tasks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PRITHVI G. | interior designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

For me, it's mainly the ease of tracking design-related activities. There are always multiple drawings, approvals, material selections, and site discussions happening at the same time. Earlier, I had to keep checking with different people for updates. Now I can quickly see what's approved, what's pending, and what needs my attention.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Initially, I felt there were quite a few features to understand, so it took me a little while to get comfortable. Once you start using it regularly, though, it becomes part of your routine.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest issues during execution is making sure everyone is working with the latest information. Design changes happen frequently, and sometimes even a small revision can create confusion on-site. RDash has made it much easier to keep track of those updates, so there are fewer misunderstandings between the design and execution teams.

 ### 2. RDash Keeps All Project Files and Updates Organized in One Place

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mansi S. | Interior Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

What I like most about RDash is its open, well-organized interface, which makes project management much more efficient. As part of the design team, I especially appreciate that all project-related files, attachments, revisions, status updates, and communication are kept in one centralized place.

One of the biggest advantages is not having to request files from different people one by one or waste time tracking down the latest versions. Everything is clearly and systematically arranged, so I can quickly find the information I need whenever I need it. This reduces the hassle of juggling multiple files, improves coordination across the team, and keeps the workflow organized and transparent.

Overall, RDash streamlines the design process, saves time, and makes day-to-day work feel far less hectic by ensuring all project information is easy to access in one place.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

One area where RDash could improve is its dashboard functionality. While the platform works well for managing files and sharing project updates, the current dashboard doesn’t fully meet the specific needs of our design team.

Right now, we often have to build and maintain our own dashboards to track project progress, priorities, and other team-specific details. It would be very helpful if RDash provided more customizable dashboard options, so teams could set up widgets, filters, and views that match their workflow. Having that flexibility directly within the platform would reduce the need for separate tracking tools, improve overall visibility, and make project management more efficient.

A more tailored, configurable dashboard experience would noticeably enhance usability and productivity for our team.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash solves the problem of scattered project information by bringing all files, updates, approvals, and communication into one place. This saves time, reduces the need to follow up for documents or status updates, and helps our team stay organized, improving overall productivity and collaboration.

 ### 3. “Strengthening Safety Compliance Through Better Visibility”

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aashish P. | Safety Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

I would strongly recommend R-Dash to organizations managing construction, infrastructure, or commercial real estate projects. It provides much better visibility into safety activities and helps ensure that safety remains an integral part of project execution rather than an afterthought.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

What I like most is the centralized visibility it provides for safety-related activities. Earlier, safety observations, audits, and corrective actions were tracked through spreadsheets, emails, and physical reports. With RDash, everything is available in one place, making it easier to monitor compliance and follow up on pending actions.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the biggest challenges in safety management is ensuring that observations, incidents, and corrective actions are properly documented and followed through. RDash has helped solve this by providing a structured workflow for reporting, tracking, and closure. As a result, safety issues are identified earlier, corrective actions are tracked more effectively, and accountability has improved across project teams.

**What do you like best about RDash?**

One of the best things about RDash is how naturally it fits into day-to-day project operations. Instead of juggling between spreadsheets, calls, and scattered updates, everything is available in one connected ecosystem.

I especially like the clarity the platform brings through its dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting views. Even complex project data becomes easy to understand and review. It has made monitoring timelines, approvals, and execution progress much more seamless and organized.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Honestly, there isn’t anything major that stands out as a drawback. The platform already caters well to execution and operational requirements, and it’s clear that continuous improvements and refinements are being made regularly.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash has helped solve the issue of fragmented project coordination and lack of real-time visibility. Earlier, tracking progress across teams and stakeholders required constant follow-ups and manual consolidation of updates.

With RDash, project information, approvals, reports, and execution status are all centralized, making coordination significantly smoother. It has improved accountability, accelerated decision-making, and brought much more transparency into project execution.

**Reviewed by:** Varun Sai . | SEO Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

What I like best about RDash is how it brings the entire project execution workflow onto a single platform. From site onboarding and document management to activity scheduling, vendor coordination, approvals, and progress tracking, everything is centralized and easy to monitor.
For iSprout, where multiple workspace projects run simultaneously across locations, RDash has helped improve visibility, reduce manual follow-ups, and ensure teams stay aligned on timelines. The real-time tracking and customizable workflows make execution much smoother and more efficient.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

One area where RDash can improve is platform speed during peak usage—sometimes certain pages take longer to load when handling large project data. Additionally, a few workflows could be made more intuitive for first-time users, especially around approvals and report navigation.

That said, the support team is responsive and regularly works on feedback, which has helped address issues quickly.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash solves the challenge of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and timelines through scattered tools like spreadsheets, emails, and calls. For iSprout, this was creating delays in tracking approvals, coordinating vendors, and monitoring project progress across locations.
With RDash, we now have a centralized system for project tracking, activity scheduling, document management, and real-time updates. It has improved accountability, reduced manual follow-ups, and helped us execute projects faster with better visibility across teams.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tinu T. | Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

After spending many years in the construction and execution industry, I find RDash to be one of the more practical platforms I’ve worked with. The AI support is genuinely helpful — it guides users, answers queries, and makes understanding reports and project data much easier.

I also like the dashboards and smart graphs. They give quick visibility into project progress without needing manual tracking or follow-ups all the time.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

So far, the experience has been very positive. The platform keeps improving regularly, and it already covers most day-to-day operational requirements quite well.

RDash has helped bring all project activities, approvals, tracking, and reporting into one place. Earlier, managing updates across teams and sites required a lot of manual coordination.

Now, project visibility is much better, reporting is faster, and overall execution tracking has become more streamlined and organized.

 ### 8. Centralized Project Visibility That Makes Tracking Progress Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jitendra V. | Project manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

What I like the most is the centralized visibility it provides across projects. As an Assistant Project Manager, I constantly need updates from different teams, and RDash makes it much easier to track progress, approvals, delays, and pending tasks without depending entirely on manual follow-ups.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The platform works best when all teams update data regularly. If some teams delay updates, the visibility is affected. Also, the initial onboarding takes some time for users transitioning from traditional workflows.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, project coordination was fragmented across emails, calls, WhatsApp groups, and spreadsheets. RDash centralized everything into one platform, which has improved communication, reduced follow-ups, and helped in faster issue resolution. It has made project monitoring more structured and transparent.

 ### 9. Drag-and-Drop Workflow That Saves Hours Each Week

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Overall, I don’t have any major concerns. That said, improving system speed, streamlining a few workflows, and strengthening the search and reporting features would make the user experience even better.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash streamlines invoice management by keeping project and billing information in one place. It makes it easier to track invoice status, spot pending actions, and coordinate across different teams, which ultimately saves time and reduces manual effort.

 ### 10. One stop solution for all my data

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KASHISH P. | Interior Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

What I like the most is the centralized project tracking. As an Interior Designer, I need constant coordination with procurement, execution, vendors, and project teams. RDash makes it much easier to track approvals, material status, timelines, and site progress from one platform.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The platform requires regular updates from all stakeholders for the information to remain accurate. Sometimes delays in updates from other teams can affect planning.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, design coordination and execution tracking were spread across calls, emails, and WhatsApp groups, which created confusion and delays. RDash centralized communication and project updates, helping improve coordination and reducing execution gaps.

 ### 11. Better Financial Visibility and Project Cost Control

**Reviewed by:** accounts m. | ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

What I like the most is the integration between project execution and financial tracking. It becomes much easier to monitor project expenses, approvals, procurement-related payments, and budget utilization in one centralized system.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The system depends heavily on timely updates from different teams. If procurement or site teams delay entries, it can impact financial tracking and reconciliation accuracy.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, project financial data was spread across spreadsheets, emails, and different systems, which made reconciliation time-consuming. RDash has centralized data and improved visibility into project-wise expenses, approvals, and payment tracking, reducing manual effort significantly.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kareena k. | Project coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

Record of all work details like boq , po , pr details .

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The user interface could be more intuitive and user-friendly, as some functions require multiple steps to complete.

Tracking and reporting features could be improved to provide better visibility and easier data extraction.

RDash helps streamline project and facility management activities by providing a centralized platform for tracking work orders, approvals, purchase orders, vendor activities, and project progress. ### 14. Efficient Project Management with Some Reporting Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sonal D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

I really prefer that RDash gives me the option to correlate the budgets I set for a project with what I'm charging the client and what it's actually costing me. This helps me efficiently manage projects and the finances attached. Keeping a close eye on these details makes budgeting better and helps me save money. I also find the initial setup quite simple and the UI experience quite efficient.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

In the reporting features, I still find a few gaps. Especially, you know, it's a small thing. But when I'm reviewing the financials and the reports, the graphs usually show me data of the finances in basically the wrong currency. I'm not able to see it in the lakh crore format and in INR, which is the currency and the structure we follow in India. So that becomes a little cumbersome. Other than that, I think it would be helpful if certain additional features are added like a material library because that'll help me build and make BOQs, not just make BOQs, but also fill rates for BOQs on the platform.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use RDash as an ERP to manage projects, schedules, and budgets more efficiently. It helps track work orders, manage purchase tracking, and correlate budgets with client charges, aiding in cost management and financial oversight.

 ### 15. Rdash Makes Data Integration and Dashboarding Effortless

User-friendly dashboard creation – It offers intuitive tools to build dashboards and visualizations, so even non-technical users can create meaningful reports without deep coding knowledge.
Scalable and cloud-based – Being a SaaS platform, Rdash handles infrastructure, updates, and scaling automatically, which reduces maintenance overhead and allows teams to focus on insights instead of setup.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Its a developing software so there are many more options which should be there to handle procurement + payments

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am handelling procurement and this is making my job easy and convinient

 ### 16. RDash Unites Teams with Robust Financial Control and Real-Time Site Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chiranjeevi R. | Assistant General Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

RDash is an AI-powered workspace uniting design, procurement, finance, and site teams. It replaces fragmented tools, provides robust financial control to unlock 20% cashflow, and offers mobile apps for real-time site updates and seamless collaboration.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

RDash forces your team to completely abandon the casual, unstructured habits of using spreadsheets and chat apps. The system is extremely rigid by design, which might initially feel restrictive to teams accustomed to making quick, undocumented changes on the fly.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash solves the communication nightmare between isolated construction teams by replacing fragmented tools like Excel with a unified workspace. It eliminates manual workflows, prevents budget overruns, and acts as a financial safety net for tight cashflow control.

 ### 17. Automated Site Reporting That Delivers Real-Time, Accurate Updates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saikumar k. | Assistant Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

One of the biggest time-savers is the automation of site reporting. It reduces the manual burden on site engineers, ensuring that updates are consistent, accurate, and shared with stakeholders in real-time.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Because the platform provides such deep insights, it really forces our team to be disciplined with data entry. It’s not a 'lazy' tool—you have to put in the work to get the gold out, but the resulting transparency is worth the effort.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash provides tight financial controls. By linking the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) directly to procurement, it prevents over-ordering. You can see your "Budget vs. Actuals" in real-time, not three months after the project is over.

 ### 18. RDash Brings Structure and Visibility for Managing Multiple Vendors and Projects

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** swara d. | MIS executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

I would definitely recommend RDash to organizations that deal with multiple vendors and projects simultaneously. It brings a level of structure and visibility that is difficult to achieve with generic tools.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Sometimes the level of detail required in entries can feel time-consuming, especially when handling multiple requests in a day. However, I understand that this is necessary for accurate tracking.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of lack of visibility and coordination. Earlier, it was difficult to track the status of requests or approvals. Now everything is visible in one place, which improves turnaround time and reduces dependency on follow-ups.

 ### 19. RDash Unifies Our Projects with Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

I like how RDash provides ease of use and convenience for site teams. The communication aspect is beneficial too, making it easier to coordinate and connect with others. I also appreciate that it acts as a unifying platform for the entire organization and helps with live tracking of project data. This capability allows us to maintain close control of ongoing projects, which is really useful.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The product is still under development, and the BOM module is awaited. A hard limit on purchase requests would be good. Also, an integration with Tally is needed to save data entry duplication time.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash provides a unified platform for our organization. It simplifies live tracking of project data, improving control. The platform is easy to use, offers convenience for site teams, and boosts communication. Integration with Tally would save data entry duplication time.

It’s helpful for keeping all teams on the same platform, since the project’s itemised details are visible to all beneficiaries.

 ### 21. Driving Accountability and Process Discipline Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** nikita m. | MIS EXECUTIVE IN HR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2026

What stands out to me is the level of accountability it creates. Since tasks, updates, and responsibilities are documented within the system, it becomes easier to understand ownership and ensure commitments are being followed through.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

As with any digital platform, adoption can take time. Some employees initially prefer traditional methods like calls or messages, so encouraging consistent usage requires change management and training.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge in growing organizations is the lack of visibility into how work moves across teams. RDash has helped create a more structured environment where responsibilities, timelines, and updates are transparent, reducing confusion and improving collaboration.

 ### 22. Powerful MIS Reporting and Project Visibility Platform

The centralized reporting and dashboard capabilities are the most valuable features for me. As an MIS Executive, I need quick access to project data, progress updates, procurement status, and financial information, all of which are available in one place.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The platform delivers the best results when project teams regularly update their data. Delays in data entry can occasionally affect the accuracy of reports and dashboards.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before RDash, project information was spread across spreadsheets, emails, and different systems. Consolidating data and preparing reports required significant manual effort. RDash centralizes project information, making reporting faster, more accurate, and more reliable.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

The platform requires consistent updates from site teams for the dashboards to remain accurate. Sometimes delayed entries can affect real-time tracking.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, safety tracking was fragmented and follow-ups were difficult. With RDash, we now have structured workflows for inspections, observations, and corrective actions, which has improved accountability and response time across sites.

I like the project management module in RDash. It's something that's getting systemized. The design and scheduling aspects as well as purchase order tracking are beneficial.

RDash solves the problem of scattered and hard-to-understand data by centralizing it into clear dashboards, which helps me save time and make quicker, more informed decisions.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lalit Nishad S. | Sr. Executive ERP & Projects, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about RDash?**

Project execution visibility and control over every department of the project, such as payments, orders, invoices, and DPR.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Finance Module lags behind current trends. Although it’s fine for smaller projects, when monitoring a large project it can feel like an anchor and slow things down.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Order creation and invoices linked to orders make it easier to fetch the invoice as per the requirement.

 ### 34. Systematic, reliable management of large data, but viewing the data can be a bit complicated.

RDash brings everything needed to run a project together in one place.

**What do you dislike about RDash?**

Activity schedules aren't linked to their sections, so progress doesn't reflect automatically, users must manually update task progress in the schedule even after entering the actual values. For example, when the Accounts team records a received amount in the Payment section, they still have to separately update the task's % progress in the schedule.

**What problems is RDash solving and how is that benefiting you?**

RDash brings all our project stages onto a single platform, replacing scattered manual tracking across spreadsheets and chats.
