# How has RDash worked for daily site progress tracking and reporting, and what would you improve?

I have been using RDash to track daily site progress, monitor manpower, and keep clear work records in one place. It helps with coordination between teams and makes daily reporting easier, which saves time and supports better management decisions. The main challenges for me are data entry feeling a bit heavy, slower loading at times, and wanting more flexibility when updating daily site reports. How are you handling these issues, and what changes would make RDash smoother for your daily workflow?
