RazorBooking Reviews & Product Details

RazorBooking is an online appointment scheduling and payments software solution that helps service businesses manage bookings, collect payments, reduce no-shows, and coordinate their team — all from a single platform. RazorBooking is designed for any service-based business including salons, hair studios, clinics, medical practices, coaching centers, yoga studios, fitness classes, music schools, and automobile service workshops. It supports both in-store appointments and online video consultations, making it suitable for businesses that operate in-person, remotely, or both. Core features of RazorBooking include: - Online Booking Page: Each business gets a fully branded booking page where customers can view services, check availability, and book appointments 24/7 without needing to call or message manually. - Payment Collection: RazorBooking includes built-in payment processing via Stripe, PayPal, and QR code. Businesses can collect full payments, deposits, or split payments across multiple instalments directly through the booking flow. - WhatsApp, Email and SMS Reminders: Automated reminders are sent to customers before their appointment via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Businesses can configure reminder timing and recipients to reduce no-show rates. - Team Management: Businesses can add team members, assign roles and permissions, configure individual shifts and availability, and enable personal booking calendars for each staff member. - Slot-Level Customization: RazorBooking allows businesses to define booking slot sizes, lead times, scheduling windows, and maximum bookings per slot — giving operators precise control over how appointments are accepted. - Customer Management: A built-in customer database stores booking history, contact details, and notes for every customer, allowing businesses to track relationships over time. - Promotions and Revenue Tools: Businesses can create discount codes, offer gift cards, and sell memberships directly through their booking page, adding additional revenue streams beyond individual appointments. - Reports and Activity Logs: RazorBooking provides transaction records, booking reports filterable by team member, service, and date range, and a complete activity log of all account actions. - Integrations: RazorBooking integrates with WhatsApp Business, Zoom for video consultations, and supports Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. RazorBooking is a cloud-based SaaS platform accessible via web browser. It is used by independent service providers, multi-staff businesses, and agencies looking for a white-label booking solution to offer under their own brand.
