The decision matrix app especially is a great tool, which convinced me to explore rationalize more. Easy to use for sure. Implementation was quite smooth as well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A platform as such can have many more inference than just a decision matrix. It'll be nice to see more features like pugh matrix, opportunity analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like Rationalize.io's flexibility and ease of use. I can easily access and analyse data from various sources thanks to the intuitive interface. Integrating the platform with other systems, such as my customer relationship management, has helped me streamline my workflow and act on platform insights. The company's customer service team is responsive and helpful, making support easy. Rationalize.io helps my business understand and make data-driven decisions. One thing I don't like about Rationalize.io is that the platform can be hard to use for small businesses that don't have a lot of technical knowledge. Data analysis and optimization use complicated algorithms that can be hard to fully understand without a lot of training. This can make it hard for some small businesses to use the platform to its fullest potential. But the company does offer training and support to help customers learn how to use the platform to its fullest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Rationalize helps to analyze the collected data in a graphical and pictorial representation helping the organization plan and build insights on the data collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is still pre-matured and requires and lot of changes in the UI. More report formats is suggestable idea which I think is lacking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
