I really like how RapidCents lets me accept payments without much fuss and without surprise fees. The setup was quick and easy and I could start taking card, debit and wallet payments right away. The dashboard makes tracking transactions simple and I like that everything is in one place. Some aspects are less polished like occasional upsell emails and their marketing can feel too frequent. Customer support is okay but not always as fast as I hoped. RapidCents solved my pain around juggling different systems for invoices, subscriptions, and one-off payments. It automated recurring billing and reminders which stopped me chasing customers for overdue payments. I love RapidCents for its outstanding customer service, and it's great to support a Canadian business. They helped me manage billing and invoicing for my patients, and I like having all my locations managed with one dashboard, which gives me great insight into my business at a lower cost compared to my old payment company. The billing and invoicing, virtual terminal, POS and debit machines, and the online dashboard are features I value the most. I also appreciate that RapidCents offers more features with lower pricing compared to Moneris, which prompted me to switch. I had a great experience using RapidCents over the last six months.
