It was only months later that the team reached out with an email and informed us that they had discontinued it due to skyrocketing costs. I do not recommend the software, as the developers or the team have let all Appsumo customers down. There is also a keyword research tool, so it is combining several features when many competitors only offer one of these features. **What do you dislike about RanksPro?** As with every SERP software there are credit limits for every function, so you have to spend more money as you scale, I haven't found a solution without limits yet so this is standard. **What problems is RanksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It solves my problem of submitting reports to multiple clients, I have accounts with similar products and I have limits on how many projects I can run at the same time so I have to delete projects before I add new ones, the limits on RanksPro are more generous so I can run more projects simultaneously. ### 5. Alekh, the developer, is constantly improving and adding to the product. He's clearly invested in what the customers want, and is dedicated to making it happen. It' s definitely one of the easiest SEO tools to get familiar with. **What do you dislike about RanksPro?** One of the things I dislike about RanksPro is actually not anything specific or unique to RanksPro itself as much as the nature of keyword research tools. I don't like the fact that there's relatively little consistency in the data between different tools. The same is true of SEMRush, Ahrefs and others. Each tool uses their own way of calculating search volume and other metrics, and each has a slightly (and sometimes not to slight) different metrics than the others. RanksPro is no different, so there is a bit of a grain of salt one must take when reviewing the keyword data of any single tool, as opposed to using the various metrics returned by different tools as a general guideline. **What problems is RanksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps me keep track of my keywords, reserach future content ideas, and provides general, detailed intelligence on my own clients' digital presence, as well as their competitors. ### 7. Unfortunately, after some time the items stopped refreshing, or they refresh once every 2 weeks. Emails with notifications about positions are badly displayed (if they come because this is also rare). I reported this problem to support a dozen times, they said they fixed it and the problem still exists. I cannot recommend this software. After exchanging several emails with support, the problem was fixed for 2-3 days and still returned. I wrote back to the last message to support but there was no more response from their side. After another exchange of emails, support said there was something wrong with my email address (I've been using it for 10 years, never had a problem with any service) and that was the end of it. Support cut off my access to services. I.e. I could log into my account, I could see all the information I had entered, but the keyword ranking had not updated for a week (since the last email I exchanged with support). I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TOOL. **What problems is RanksPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software was intended to help check the site's ranking.
