Raisetalk Reviews & Product Details

Raisetalk is an AI-powered conversational analysis and quality monitoring platform. It automatically transcribes, analyses and evaluates 100% of your conversations (calls, chats, emails) to extract actionable insights: sentiments, weak signals, compliance and sales performance. Raisetalk automatically evaluates each conversation against your customized quality grids. You define your criteria in natural language (e.g. 'Did the agent offer an alternative?'), the platform evaluates them, generates a score and triggers alerts for interactions that require special attention. Raisetalk has a comprehensive, documented REST API that enables integration with any CRM or business tool. Call summaries, quality scores and alerts can be automatically pushed to your contact records or tickets. Raisetalk is designed with privacy-by-design principles: automatic pseudonymization of 35 categories of personal data, operational right to erasure, DPA (Data Processing Agreement) provided to every client. The platform is also AI Act ready. Raisetalk offers early access with no credit card required. You can import your first conversations and get real results immediately. A guided welcome tour accompanies you from sign-up.
