RadMyk is medical dictation software for radiologists, sold as a one-time purchase instead of a subscription. The speech recognition model runs entirely on the radiologist's own machine: no audio is streamed to a cloud server, and the software keeps working offline after a one-time engine download. RadMyk types at the text cursor like a keyboard, so it works in any application: RIS and PACS report fields, EHR text boxes, browser-based reporting tools, Microsoft Word, and Citrix or remote desktop sessions. The model is tuned on radiology language with 96.1% measured out-of-the-box word accuracy at roughly 220 words per minute, with guided calibration and voice macros. Native on macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows. One-time payment with future updates included, a 28-day free trial with no credit card, and free access for radiology trainees for the entire length of their training.
