R.V Reviews & Product Details

R.V. is recruitment software that integrates applicant tracking, CRM, candidate evaluation, and billing into one platform. It automates CV parsing to create searchable profiles and uses AI to match candidates based on profile coherence, job relevance, technical skills, and soft skills. The AI interview module conducts multilingual screenings and generates summaries highlighting strengths and areas for review. The platform enables multi-board job postings, career site creation, and unified messaging across email and LinkedIn. Kanban boards track pipelines visually, while automated follow-ups enhance candidate engagement. Tools for contract generation, invoicing, and payment tracking streamline billing workflows. Recruitment metrics like hiring timelines and cost-per-hire are tracked via the dashboard. GDPR compliance and EU AI Act requirements are supported by EU-hosted infrastructure and French AI processing, with automated data retention and access logs for compliance monitoring.
