Qwibie Reviews & Product Details

Qwibie is board management software built for nonprofit boards and the people who run them. Describe your next meeting in a sentence and Qwibie drafts the agenda and pulls the board packet together from your documents, flagging what is still missing. In the meeting, the chair records attendance and quorum (in the room, video, phone or app), motions and votes. Afterwards Qwibie drafts the minutes from what actually happened, ready for the secretary to review and approve. Everything stays in one searchable record. Board members can ask Steward, Qwibie's assistant, about past decisions and get answers that cite the source documents. Board is $99 a month with unlimited people: every director, officer and staff member is included, with no per-seat charge. Organization is $299 a month for up to five entities.
