QuoteFollow Reviews & Provider Details

QuoteFollow is a quote follow-up tool built for home improvement contractors. Roofers, HVAC techs, plumbers, painters, electricians, landscapers — if you send estimates and then forget to follow up, this is for you. Here's the problem: studies show 48% of contractors never follow up on their quotes. Another 44% give up after one attempt. Meanwhile, 80% of jobs require at least 3-5 follow-up contacts before the customer commits. That gap between "I sent the estimate" and "they signed the contract" is where most contractors lose money. QuoteFollow closes that gap automatically. When you log a quote, the system sends a sequence of follow-up texts and emails to your prospect on a schedule — Day 2, Day 7, Day 14. Professional messages, sent from your business name. No robotic templates. If the prospect responds, the system flags it and you take over. What it does: - Automated text and email follow-ups on a customizable schedule - Lead pipeline with status tracking (quoted, responded, won, lost) - AI-generated follow-up drafts you can edit or send as-is - Customer-facing quote page where prospects can accept or ask questions - Activity timeline so you see every touchpoint with each lead - Analytics dashboard showing close rates and follow-up performance Contractors using consistent follow-up systems report 30-50% higher close rates. At an average job size of $3,000-$5,000, that's $50,000-$100,000 in additional annual revenue from leads you're already generating. QuoteFollow costs $59/month after a 30-day free trial. No contracts, cancel anytime. Built specifically for contractors — not a generic CRM with features you'll never use.
