Quote.ly For Resellers Reviews & Product Details

Quote.ly is an AI-powered Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) solution built specifically for IT resellers, MSPs, and VARs. It automates the quote-to-order workflow by: • Letting users drag-and-drop PDFs or Excel sheets from distributors, then using AI to instantly extract line items, descriptions, costs, SKUs and quantities. • Integrating real-time pricing, availability and product catalogs from major distributors (e.g., Arrow, Ingram, TD Synnex) to reduce manual data entry and errors. • Providing features like branded quote templates, margin & discount controls, approval workflows, order tracking, and forecasting—all geared toward helping resellers close faster and protect margins. • Supporting complex use cases such as government contracting (e.g., GSA, SEWP, ITES) and multi-vendor quoting with a leaner alternative to traditional heavy CPQ tools. In short: Quote.ly turns slow, error-prone quoting into a streamlined, scalable sales process so your team spends less time copying data and more time winning deals.
