QuotaZen - Reviews & Product Details

QuotaZen is an AI-powered sales practice platform that generates realistic buyer simulations so sales reps can practice discovery, objection handling, and closing before they get on real calls. Unlike generic roleplay tools, QuotaZen creates unique AI buyer personas tailored to each team's product portfolio, target verticals, and sales motions. Every simulated prospect has a distinct role, personality, objection style, and political dynamic, with difficulty that scales from approachable to expert-level. How it works: Sales managers configure their team's product portfolio, verticals, and methodology. QuotaZen generates scenario libraries that match what reps actually sell. Reps practice conversations against AI buyers who push back, go silent, raise budget concerns, or redirect, just like real prospects do. After each session, reps receive methodology-specific scoring across frameworks including MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, or general sales skills. Every score includes specific citations from the conversation, showing exactly where the rep succeeded or missed an opportunity. Who it's for: QuotaZen is built for B2B sales teams of 5 or more reps. Sales managers and enablement leaders use it to identify skill gaps across their team, track improvement over time, and ensure reps are conversation-ready before engaging real pipeline. Key capabilities: Realistic AI prospects with unique personas, roles, and objection styles Methodology scoring (MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, Sandler, general skills) Missed Moments: AI identifies openings the rep failed to capitalize on, with coaching on what to do next time Manager dashboard showing team-wide skill gaps and coaching priorities Custom scenarios matching your actual product portfolio and sales motions Team leaderboard for gamified practice and healthy competition
