**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

They are prompt in responding and are able to escalate any issues quickly.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

The downside is having to go through them as opposed to working directly with Sage Intacct.

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

There is a cost for their services, so something to ask about before considering.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quisitive is the go-to between our company and Sage Intacct.  They help with any issues we are having in the system and provide their expertise with new set ups.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

They promised the timeline for the project and delivered it just within time. Also the estimate given was very genuine and no hidden or extra charges were levied later on.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

Although they are building excellent apps, they can do better by developing innovative AI systems with RPAs for accounting automation systems. I also like to have an automated emailing system developed.

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

If you need to develop a great application then you must choose Catapult Systems because they have really great and experienced tech guys.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have trained and experienced professionals, and they deliver projects within time. This is one of the reasons my company outsourced a project to them. They got the app created as per the requirements.

**Describe the project or task Quisitive helped with:**

SharePoint implementation for our internal sales and marketing teams

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

The people we worked with in the organization were great and really knew the application and how to make it work.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

The really good people ended up leaving and we ended up with a highly customized instance that is impossible to upgrade

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

I haven;t worked with them in a while and if they have rehired great talent I would say work with them for sure.  They had some really smart people working for them, but they were all leaving or had left by the time we finished the engagement.  

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I used Catapult Systems we were trying to solve a web experience problem.  We were leveraging SharePoint for our customer-facing website and were facing challenges with it along with translation issues maintaining our country language sites.  Catapult was able to help us leverage and extend what we had.  It was not the perfect solution but it was a solution based on the tech we had in place.

**Describe the project or task Quisitive helped with:**

Catapult developed our college savings plan recording keeping system called PRISM in 2016.  This program was highly technical in nature including moving from physical servers to the Cloud, developing an interactive customer portal and core application, and make it scaleable for future product modules.  

2017 - 2020 Catapult has developed modules interlinking with PRISM for other programs we offer.The process from development through launch has run just as seamlessly on these projects as the original project in 2016.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

Our projects have been successful because we've been fortunate to have the best of the best of Catapult developers and project managers working with us.  Our project success is due to their knowledge and expertise!  It has been very beneficial having them based locally. The programs are very user friendly and function perfectly.  Our launches have been truly uneventful.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

Erica was a great PM.  We were very sorry to see her leave Catapult.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We own the code, so the system was developed specifically for our use and our needs.  Having a scaleable product has also given us the ability to add four additional product modules using much of the existing functionality.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

Catapult has some incredibly talented, intelligent and personable associates that I thoroughly enjoy working with.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

That I don't currently have more projects I can engage them on.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are transforming our organization through the implementation of SharePoint.  While the entry point is a new Intranet, having SharePoint available to us is helping us define and streamline our business processes.  It's also forcing us to capture and structure more data points, which helps us make better, and more effective, business decisions.

Catapult has been an asset to the district in helping us with Office 365 and Azure implementation. We have used catapult to be able to get a better return on the money being spent with Microsoft.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

They are always very attentive and help us with anything that we call about. It is easy to find an engineer that is willing to help and then they are always attentive to the needs and demands of an education district,. 

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

There is nothing to dislike. They do a great job. They are available to help at anytime and we utilize them for strategic help for the growing and security of our ditrict.

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

They are a very business professional company

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Utilizing more O365 and working on security and data loss prevention in O365. We have implemented E3 from Microsoft and are utilizing catapult to be able to help the district grow.

**Describe the project or task Quisitive helped with:**

I've had the opportunity to work with Catapult on a number of projects related to M&A activity. Our continuous goal is to make the experience more transparent to end users while delivering a faster end result to the business. This requires continuous evaluation and evolution of both process and internal resources. This ongoing experience allows us to develop strategic playbooks that we can apply to new environments as we complete discovery of them.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

The depth of talent at Catapult within the Microsoft stack is unrivaled in my experience. In the rare cases where they do not have the expertise required though, they are quick to identify gaps and suggest other industry partners.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

It can take some time to complete a SoW but that is due to the thoroughness of the documents created.

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

Plan ahead of projects to ensure staff availability for specific needs.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking to address how to better our on-boarding of acquired organizations and their technology stacks.

securing our on prem Skype for Business environment for PCI standards

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

We have used Catapult for at least a decade.  The consultants they assign to us are familiar with our environment, and they are able to help us when we don't have a dedicated Skype engineer on site.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

We recently had a bad experience with a new consultant who did not take the time to familiarize himself with our environment.  Catapult did the right thing and corrected the situation immediately. 

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

I highly recommend Jim Baker for SfB work.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have helped us repeatedly when we have problems with our SfB environment.  I have to give special appreciation for the consultants who have helped me the most: Ketan Shah for several years, until it was passed on to Jim Baker.  Like Ketan, I can always count on Jim Baker to make sure my environment is taken care of. I have often had to work with him and request his assistance after hours, and he has always tackled my problems with great customer service.  Jim Baker is great.

Received great feedback and support from technical experts.

Everything went smooth with the analysis.

We were able to move to new environment that will allow us to move forward in Power BI reporting.

**Describe the project or task Quisitive helped with:**

Implementation of MS Office 365 across the entire agency and establishing a detailed SP site for all groups/sites/departments within the organization. Application of Azure to ensure confidentially and security of organizational content.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

Ongoing training for maximizing employee investment in using O365, effective integration into current system, and appropriate restriction-based SP access. Often available by phone, email, in person for additional training, questions and support. We accomplished what we set out to do!

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

Was more costly and timely than originally projected. The length of time to implement was longer than anticipated which resulted in additional costs and some delays.

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

Additional considerations for cost, length of implementation period, and group of assigned team members should be carefully considered in order to get the greatest ROI.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Establishment of one integrated system in which entire organization could access from any location, at any time, with ease and efficiency. Version control of numerous documents, real-time access to other platforms utilized by agency, single sign-on for reduced duplication of efforts.

**Describe the project or task Quisitive helped with:**

Setting up Always-On VPN for Windows 10. We decided to go with the built-in functionality over using Direct Access. We already had most of the prerequisites for an easy installation so we choose this route over other VPN set ups.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

The finished product did work as expected once completed.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

This project took longer then quoted for various reasons.

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

I would not recommend using them at this time due to various issues that occurred over the past few projects. The biggest reason being due to type of contract they required us to sign in order for us to work with them. We found this unreasonable especially considering our previous engagements we had with them. 

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time, we have no current projects with them. We have used them in the past to help with several types of items which are listed below. Some projects were smoother than others.

Catapult helped us implement Dynamics, assisted us with developing automated work-flows and guided us through user acceptance.   

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

I like that they are readily available, quick to respond and deliver what we need.  

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

The development of Statement of Work is cumbersome due in part to our own organization's requirements for processing a contract.  

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

Be open to changing the way your organization has always performed tasks; this can result in simplifying your work load!

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging account representatives to use automated work-flows.  Benefits is having the information in a system and not in an employee's head!

Catapult helped us plan and execute a migration from on premise Skype for Business and Exchange to the cloud versions from Microsoft.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

They were extremely helpful, detail oriented, executed when they said they would, and made great recommendations along the way.  They came in under budget as well!

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

The only issue that came up in the migration was related to the porting of our existing phone numbers to Microsoft. This had to be done during business hours according to the carriers so was impactful to our users.  

**Recommendations to others considering Quisitive:**

Make sure you are ready to go when you sign the agreement and have your resources available as they will start executing immediately.

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were eliminating on premise infrastructure and were able to migrate off of our current VOIP and internet provider which significantly cut our costs.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

Our staff are jacks of all trades. Catapult is a great way to supplement staff with specialists in a wide variety of areas.  

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

They we don’t  have more managed service hours per month, but that is about to change. 

**What problems is Quisitive solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We cant know the ins and outs of everything. They have a wide variety of staff that all have areas of expertise.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

I appreciate the readiness and availability of their on-site team along with the thoroughness of their solutioning. 

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

Discovery could be improved by having resources on site prior to perform more activities during planning.

The team that was provided on site were very personable and knowledgeable about the project and solution that was being executed.

There was no ALM system set in place at the agency and Catapult helped to launch one that could be used for the developers.

Catapult Systems team members were long term members of our development and project management teams.  They helped to support legacy applications and develop new solutions.

**What do you like best about Quisitive?**

Catapult folks were skilled, friendly, and professional, and we developed very good working relationships.  They always seemed to have the best interests of the organization in mind.

**What do you dislike about Quisitive?**

Contractors and FTEs require different account management and provisioning steps.

Catapult Systems helped us to meet federal/state mandates and create apps to serve the public.

Difficult to determine where Catapult spent time on certain project tasks when assigned a remote technician. May need to have an internal PM to capture the hours.

Helped us get some projects completed that we otherwise would have put off.
