What I like about QuickMetrix is its clean and simple dashboard UI, which makes it easy to understand processes and insights at a surface level without having to deep look, unlike other platforms. What do you dislike about QuickMetrix?

What I dislike is that the dashboard feels limited and lacks more advanced options, which makes it a bit boring with time. The processing speed could also be improved, as it tends to be slower than expected. Its affordability at this point, it remains a reasonable choice but overall not satisfied. Quick Metrix made it very easy for us to manage social media support tickets. The dashboard is clean, workflows are simple, and the reporting features give great visibility.
