**What do you like best about QuickMetrix?**

All public social media platforms—such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.—can be scanned and monitored for relevant posts in real time.

**What do you dislike about QuickMetrix?**

It would be helpful to introduce more customizable automation bots to simplify major repetitive manual tasks.

**What problems is QuickMetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuickMetrix helps business manage their Online Reputation ORM by scanning realtime feeds on major public social media platforms like twitter, facebook, linkedin, youtube etc. major banking firms and Insurance companies use it to maintain their online reputation as well as gain potential customers from these platforms. It helps me to search posts relevant to my business across all public social media platforms at one place and interact with users directly.

**What do you like best about QuickMetrix?**

What I like about QuickMetrix is its clean and simple dashboard UI, which makes it easy to understand processes and insights at a surface level without having to deep look, unlike other platforms. The classification of taggings is well structured, and the support system is quick and responsive. Team is helpful truly.

**What do you dislike about QuickMetrix?**

What I dislike is that the dashboard feels limited and lacks more advanced options, which makes it a bit boring with time. The processing speed could also be improved, as it tends to be slower than expected. Its affordability at this point, it remains a reasonable choice but overall not satisfied.

**What problems is QuickMetrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QuickMetrix is solving the problem of managing conversations and insights in one place. The dashboard makes it simple to understand things without digging too deep, which saves me time. The tagging and classification help in quickly organizing stuff, and the support is responsive when needed. Overall, it cuts down the extra effort and gives me faster insights, and at this price point, it works well.
I have used this tool at very cheap price.

**What do you like best about QuickMetrix?**

Quick Metrix made it very easy for us to manage social media support tickets. The dashboard is clean, workflows are simple, and the reporting features give great visibility. What really stood out was the excellent support from Chinmay, who was always responsive, proactive, and ensured we had a hassle-free experience.

**What do you dislike about QuickMetrix?**

Not much to dislike — a few advanced customization options could be improved, but nothing that affected our overall experience.

It helped us streamline support tickets from different social channels into one place, saving time for the team and improving our response efficiency.

We have been using Quickmetrix tool for social listening  since more than one year and have found it really useful and trustworthy. The tool has good coverage across social and web and thus fulfills majority of the requirements related to online reputation management.

**What do you like best about QuickMetrix?**

Quickmterix also helps me analyze the development of MAG Insurance's social media with competing companies' social media. Because of this, I can get information about current trends especially in the world of general insurance.

**What do you dislike about QuickMetrix?**

I have problems publishing multiple image material types, for example carousels. Therefore, currently I can only publish 1 image on each social media source.

Quickmterix helps us analyze the development of the company's social media with the social media of competitor companies. Because of this, I can get information about current trends especially in the world of general insurance.

A. Adding combined keywords is a bit tricky
B. Interface and display colour combination does not gives a premium feel.
C. No unique id for same conversations

There were several issues with regards to unique id, keyword combination etc. All these issues were highlighted several times, but not resolved anything.

One of my favourite aspects of Quickmetrix is its user-friendly layout, which allows me to easily navigate and get the insights I require. The application generates extensive reports on brand mentions, competitor analyses, and industry trends, which has helped guide my marketing tactics and decision-making.

This tool has a plethora of useful functions. They must effectively market this product.

The sentiment analysis function of the application has been a game changer for me. It assists me in determining the sentiment underlying consumer chats, allowing me to reply appropriately and communicate with my audience more effectively
