Quickmail is an excellent tool for professional cold emailers who want to tap into the granularity Quickmail offers. There's a learning curve. Personally, I didn't find it too bad, but an inexperienced cold emailer may struggle. Ease of use. The tool is tricky to understand at times and the titles for things "buckets" is confusing. I understand what it is but when this was first implemented, it was confusing.
