"Quicklizard Made Our Pricing Strategy More Systematic and Intuitive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quicklizard?

Most importantly, Quicklizard allows us to approach pricing in a new way. As a large retailer with a diverse assortment, there are similarities between products that we were not able to exploit prior to the Quicklizard pricing group setup. This has allowed us to be more systematic in our pricing strategy. The great flexibility the team has demonstrated has allowed us to further refine this approach.

The 'logic' behind how prices are generated is intuitive and easily explained even to casual users.

Quicklizard is evidently a very flexible system as it has allowed us to develop and implement many custom functions that our business has requested. The team is responsive and ships quickly, even for more complicated requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quicklizard?

There's nothing I dislike about Quicklizard. However, there are some minor weaknesses that have been raised from my users, the most important of which is that it can be difficult to monitor our price position vs. defined competitors. There is some friction in the organization where users want avoid automated pricing since they use unaccepted price recommendations as a signal of a delta between us and a competitor whereas the pricing team want to avoid unaccepted price recommendations as these are not very diagnostic (i.e., we cannot know whether a recommendation has not been accepted because it has not yet been seen, or because the user disagrees with the recommended price). Maybe it would be possible to launch a seen/not yet seen function for recommendations?

Sometimes updates are shipped without informing about it beforehand. Usually, these are restricted to UI and therefore not a big deal. For example, recently we received a family relations widget that was promptly removed from our account a day or so afterwards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Empowers Competitive Pricing with User-Friendly UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quicklizard?

I find Quicklizard really beneficial for my role, especially in aligning with our 'never knowingly undersold' policy using a commercially sensible approach. The solution architects and customer success manager have developed logic that supports our category teams effectively. I think it's a very accessible platform, and any issues or improvements we need regarding operational delivery and continuous improvement are always met with a 'yes, we can do it' attitude. Additionally, Quicklizard enables us to execute our competitive pricing policies by allowing us to remain within our market thresholds, match prices, launch promotions, and protect margins. The new UI provides another exceptional level of experience for end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast support and user-friendliness convince"
5/5
What do you like best about Quicklizard?

I greatly appreciate the quick and reliable customer support from Quicklizard. I would particularly like to highlight the regular meetings, where there is always an effort to find the best possible solution for the customer and to keep the effort as low as possible. The UI is also continuously developed and made user-friendly, which I really like. Additionally, the integration went smoothly and without any errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quicklizard?

The language barrier occasionally presents a small challenge, as we often think and present processes in a complex manner in our company. This can sometimes make coordination in English a bit more demanding. At the same time, I also see it as a good opportunity to continuously improve one's English skills. "Fast, Smooth Performance at Scale with Quick Responsive Support"
4/5
What do you like best about Quicklizard?

The UI is constantly getting better, still a bit tchnical in the overview but really nice developement and feel safe that they will continue work forward.

Integrations is not something I am tcnically involved in but from my perspective as a superuser supporting price owners and seting up strategies everything runs smooth.

Performance is good and still improving. We have over 450000 products in the catalogue but the interface is responding really fast despite that huge amount of data being updated live.

ROI is something I cannot comment on since I have no insight in the cost of setting up but I believe the IT/economics-departments at my firm are happy since the contract is still active three years after go live.

Support and onboarding has worked amazing as an end user I have got help within an hour every time I have had an issue or question.

Some issues have taken a bit longer to fix but then with almost hourly updates of how it is going.

They have never been late on a deadline.

AI has just recently been implemented in a small scale and tests so far seem positive on the note that it does not ruin pricing. Some refining still need to be done in terms of taking historical campaigns into consideration instead of aiming for that kind of turnover when not in campaign.

But on products not in campign it works great out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quicklizard?

The biggest downside is the UI, which for many users can feel a bit too technically focused.

It is constantly improving so not a big concern and when you got the hang of it it is fast and reliable.

AI still has improvement potential. but very good first tests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Pricing Tool with Superb Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Quicklizard?

I appreciate Quicklizard for its ML-optimized pricing model and well-known product segmentation model, which Elkjöp uses for base pricing. I find it valuable for gaining insights to perform manual actions and basic competitor price matching. Quicklizard provides efficient pricing capabilities by leveraging big data, and its platform is getting faster, delivering a decent user experience alongside its very advanced features. I also appreciate the Quicklizard team, who are always helpful, knowledgeable, and good at finding solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quicklizard?

I think Quicklizard needs a more intuitive user interface. It should require fewer clicks for everyday use. The search engine could be optimized for client-specific needs, like having an option to always display Product_ID as a fast result. Also, while the colors of the platform look good, it’s hard to present because they are too close to the same nuances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The communication from support could be more detailed for certain failure scenarios however I am aware this is currently under improvement following feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quicklizard?

The software is great, but the team is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
