Staff take an order in the browser, send a kitchen ticket, and close a tax invoice. One guest order can include dishes from more than one kitchen. Each kitchen sees its own lines, and the guest still receives one bill. Premium and Enterprise are either centralised (one bill across kitchens) or multi-outlet (a separate till at each location). That choice is made at signup and stays fixed. Basic and Economy are one centralised kitchen. The floor plan covers orders, kitchen tickets, and the bill. Inventory Management and the Self ordering Kiosk are add-ons, turned on per kitchen. Counter orders are postpaid on every plan. Economy and above also take prepaid payment, recorded as cash with change, card, UPI on Indian-rupee houses, a split tender, or a named mode. That record is separate from a guest payment gateway and from paying the QuickKOT plan outside the app. The kitchen display on Economy and above shows a station its own items, then ready and picked up. Centralised Premium and Enterprise add a public token board, a ready sound, and average minutes from ticket to ready. The menu is kitchen, category, then item, with variants, sub-variants, add-ons, a veg, egg, or non-veg mark, and optional kiosk photos. Economy and above add dish stock, a restock alert, and an Excel upload. The template matches export columns and names the kitchen that downloaded it. A QR Guest menu holds a numbered draft for the counter. The Self ordering Kiosk, is a photo stand. Guests pay UPI or card, or take a ticket number to the counter. Cash payments stay at the counter. A successful stand payment can send the bill on WhatsApp if the guest consents. Inventory Management stores suppliers, purchase bills, materials, and recipes for a variant, sub-variant, add-on, and takeaway pack. A completed sale deducts materials at the purchase rate on the books at that moment. Gross Profit charts sales without GST, consumption, and gross profit for recipe items. Procurement graphs historical prices, per supplier. Staff choose the next supplier. Bills can show FSSAI, GSTIN, extra header lines, a disclaimer, and per-kitchen totals. A paid ticket keeps its tax rates. One currency per restaurant locks after the first paid ticket. Searches stay on today or earlier, within a three-month custom range. Basic is free: 40 orders a day, postpaid, one kitchen, one manager. Economy is ₹499 a month, about 8 percent less when billed annually: 120 orders a day and the full kitchen display. Premium is ₹1,299 a month with a 15-day trial: two kitchens, three logins, QR ordering, tokens, and the house name on the slip. Extra kitchens are ₹499 a month and extra users ₹199 a month. Enterprise matches Premium with five kitchens and ten users by default.
