Questy CRM Reviews & Product Details

Questy CRM is a ready-to-use CRM solution for teams that want to manage the full B2B sales cycle in one configurable platform. It brings pipeline management, quoting, orders, invoices, projects, and field sales together in a single system, with ERP-aware reporting and two-way synchronization for customer, product, pricing, stock, order, and invoice data. Built for commercial teams that need structure, visibility, and coordination across sales and operations, the system includes two-way calendar sync, IMAP email integration, mobile apps for iOS and Android, automation rules, and role-based access control. Teams can work from pipelines, tasks, activities, proposals, orders, and projects without switching between separate tools. Key capabilities include Kanban pipelines with custom stages and conversion reporting, account and contact history, quoting and proposal templates, order management, invoicing and payment tracking, and project boards with Agile Kanban and Gantt views. Questy CRM is ERP-aware and designed to extend the reach of your ERP rather than replace it. Bidirectional data flows for inventory, customer history, sales orders, service logs, and financial records can be configured through a custom integration quote. The solution is used by B2B organizations in distribution, manufacturing, services, and field sales that need a CRM tightly connected to ERP-based operations. A 30-day free trial is available.
