"Helpful for Peer Development, but a Cluttered UI and Unreliable AI"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

UI is kind of cluttered, was overwhelmed when first opening the page to update all of my job performance review categories (this might be my own company's setup). I do not know how to answer the integration question, I just had a company link on my homepage/portal, and it opened right to where I needed to be. Haven't explored that far beyond that. The workload didn't challenge the app, as I was just inputting paragraphs about work performance into boxes. I am not a higher tiered worker at this company, so I don't know about ROI for how much this costs my company compared to the benefits they get from it. I do think it provides a helpful tool toward peer development in the workplace. Getting set up was overwhelming as well, lots of information to get through on the page, although this seems to be the trend nowadays. One thing that bothers me about text input is that the boxes tend to start hiding some of the text depending on how it's being edited. I had to refresh the page to get all of my typed material visible again (it scrolled down too far and wouldn't move back). The AI was not helpful, just guessed at my job duties even though they were laid out pretty clearly. It also isn't sensing that I reviewed multiple topics that I tried to touch on, even if briefly. Even tested it by putting filler text about pricing/ROI, integrations, and performance (deleted now) but it's not checking them off as mentioned. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

Made it easy to put all of my work goals together in one app. I didn't realize there were multiple questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy 1:1 Agenda Setting and Scheduling with My Manager"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

I really like the 1-1 agenda setting and scheduling with my manager. It’s great to have an easy way to schedule our meetings and capture what I want to discuss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

I’m a little confused about the goal-setting options, since I can only enter personal or developmental goals. I’m not sure whether this is a setting I’m missing or just how it works. I’d like to be able to add our organization goals or team goals as well, and track progress that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI sucks and needs to DIE"
3/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

It's alright, but the suggested words are irritating at best. I don't want a shadow of a word suggested to me, with Tab to fill it in. And I certainly do NOT want AI splashed on every screen I set eyes on. I can fill out my own thoughts just fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

Looks like I should've saved the commentary about AI and suggested words for this box. So yeah, quit trying to guess what I'm talking about and what word choices I might make, quit trying to remix or rehash what I'm saying with AI, and just let me type. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useless, time-wasting, inauthentic: Waste company resources with on simple trick, Quantum Workplace"
0/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

I genuinely believe that this is an unbelievable waste of company resources. There are better tools and uses for the money our company is spending that this. I am genuinely appauled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

The waste of time, company resources, the fake nature of this business model. The metrics gathered from this site and technology have to be the most out of touch and demonstratively false information that a company could ask for. Unsupportive, and fake caring from our employer, minimal effort from the top down. How insulting Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly Platform with Practical, Actionable Insights"
5/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

The platform is very user-friendly and makes it easy to collect and understand feedback. It’s engaging, with a clear focus on continuous improvement. The insights are practical and easy to apply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

Some of the advanced features can feel complex, especially for new users or smaller teams. I also find that customization is limited in certain reports and dashboards, which can make it harder to tailor the output to what I need. On top of that, it can be relatively expensive compared to simpler survey tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clean, Intuitive UI with a Helpful Built-In AI Feature"
4/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

I really appreciate the clean user interface. The site is intuitive to navigate, and it’s easy to view most items at a glance when I need to. The built-in AI feature is also a nice touch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

The only issue I’ve noticed so far is that the spacing and line breaks don’t carry over from the input form to the final “chat bubble” document. As a result, the finished product is harder to read the way it’s intended to be. This is especially noticeable when I’m trying to improve readability across the different required focus areas in both the competency and room for improvement sections. "Intuitive Employee Feedback That Turns Insights Into Action"
4/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

What stands out most about Quantum Workplace is how intuitively it connects employee feedback to meaningful action. The platform makes it easy to gather insights through engagement surveys and performance tools, but more importantly, it translates that data into clear, actionable recommendations that leaders can actually use.

I also appreciate the focus on continuous feedback rather than one-time events. Features like real-time recognition, check-ins, and goal tracking help create an ongoing dialogue between employees and managers, which is critical for building a strong culture and improving performance over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

One challenge is that the platform can feel somewhat rigid when it comes to customization. It can take extra effort to tailor surveys, reporting, or workflows exactly the way you want. The reporting, while robust, can also be a bit clunky. Pulling very specific cuts of data or creating highly customized views isn’t always as intuitive.

Another drawback is that the volume of feedback and data can sometimes feel overwhelming without additional internal structure to manage it. The platform provides a lot of insight, but it doesn’t always guide you on prioritization or execution at a strategic level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Strategic Engine for Organisational Alignment and Talent Excellence"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

Quantum Workplace has been instrumental in providing the visibility and data-driven insights needed to execute our key strategic objectives at Salute. It is far more than an engagement survey tool; it's a central nervous system for our organisational health. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

The depth of analytics can be initially overwhelming. Maximising its value for strategic goals like ours requires dedicated time and discipline from leadership to dive into the data and not just skim surface-level scores. There is a slight learning curve to moving from basic reporting to advanced, predictive insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful paperless feedback, but AI feels intrusive and not intuitive"
3/5
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace?

I like that it eliminates paper forms and provides a way to give interactive feedback that can be more thoughtful. I also appreciate the use of AI to offer suggestions. That said, it didn’t feel very intuitive to me. For example, I selected an organizational goal for myself, but once I completed the goal, it was labeled it as a personal goal. When I signed on to complete this review, I chose to validate my email in my email. However, I was still required to submit the code. I am not sure the system is able to integrate all the options it allows. We had one onboarding session and I missed it, soI am wondering if training is integrated. I dont see that. AI is somewhat of a nuisance, as it seems to take up a lot of visual area and I am not sure how to incorporate it into the activities without making it more complicated. Also, it just impedes visibility even into what I am writing now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

I either haven't learned to use the AI or it is too complicated. I think the goal should be to make things easier, but this AI asks endless amounts of questions that really make it difficult to get to the point. I don't need the AI to make what I'm saying more flowery. I need it to understand if what I said makes sense. If it is not a clear sentence or goal or whatever, maybe it could rephrase for understanding, then make a suggestion. I did not end up using the AI because when I attempted it was like going down the rabbit hole. Maybe if it has more information about me or manager feedback, it would be more helpful, but not as a first-time user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
