The integration with the personal goals is great to track goal progress in 1:1 sessions. The AI assistant is also helpful for giving ideas for the session. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** Goals is a section that in my opinion needs improvements, there is room for improvement with some places where you can find goals, but you aren't able to modify them i.e The 1:1 integration allow tracking, but the comments left during the session are only recorded in the 1:1 it should be recorded as well as la goal comment. Also it will be good that from this same view in 1:1 you can modify the goals, right now you need to leave the 1:1 view to do this. Feedback section also can be improved, when you ask for feedback from a peer, it would be useful to decide if this is public or not, as a manager, you should have that choice. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It offers a centralize way to manage my team from finding them in an org chart to track the performance and goals we agreed. No matter what question I have, I can find the answer there or with one note to my support team, they can direct me to it. Even when something didn't exist, my team went above and beyond to screen record going through the steps I needed to follow! The platform us very user friendly, I was able to do most of the setup myself after the first time, the preset questions are so helpful and we got a lot of feedback about the improvement of the question set. It just serves the purpose. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** There is an anonymous survey option in quantum to show where exactly an organisation is going wrong. Though the survey has a great mechanism where you get to answer question of similar pattern more than once to make sure the participant really feels so, it doesn't come without shortfalls. The problem with that survey is - it has text fields and an anonymous report of responses are pulled for a manager who has >=20 reportees. That number TWENTY or greater to some extent breaks anonymity. Also note that there is text field where user can enter what they feel to the situation presented - this when read in a pool of 20 responses - the manager can easily identify patterns on who submitted what. This makes participants uncomfortable. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The UI is simple and it just serves the purpose instead of being a difficult to work with system. ### 37.
