It seems they are driven by goals only. It allows you to say everything in your own words rather than choosing an answer from a selection of choices. I also like that the feedback only has two questions and that they are open-ended. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** There is no limit to how many people can request feedback from you. I wish there were a limit of only ten people requiring feedback. I had almost 40 feedback requests last year, and this was overwhelming. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's solving time management when it comes to scheduling feedback sessions with my supervisor and my coworkers. Additionally, Objectives can be related to the company structure to show how small team objectives relate to the company's larger goals. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** Oftentimes, when updating an Objective, the draft of information can be lost as there is not auto save draft feature. Many times while updating an objective as a team, we have lost precious notes from the week, because we clicked an update button on another part of the page, and the draft content in another form field gets deleted. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a centralized location to store our team's Objectives and Key Results (OKR). We can update our Key Result progress on a regular cadence too. In this fully remote world, human interactions seem to be falling by the wayside. We use this software to recognize our peers and document our semi-annual performance reviews with our managers. This helps as an outlet for formal recognition. ### 12. That may be an issue as I did not download the app on my smartphone yet. Having templates for check-ins allows you to change them up and stop conversations from being repetitive. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** The goals feature is a little bit of a love-hate for me. I love having the goals and being able to have 1 x 1 conversations focused around them, however, as a lead, trying to find the purposes relating to your team can be confusing, it was difficult to filter to see my team (or I haven't found it) and you can't add notes to a goal without editing the whole thing. I would love to see an option to quickly add a note to a goal so you don't need to create a whole new 1x1 if you're having a quick chat with someone. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum is solving my issue about having effective 1x1 conversations with my team. However, I believe that falls more on Paycom than on Quantum. I find myself looking and clicking several things trying to find what I want or need. I think the "goals" section is confusing and isn't explained very well. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't feel that Quantum is solving any "problems". We use it for performance evaluations and to evaluate our peers. I wish everything was anonymous, as I don't feel I can be candid on any peer review if it's something terrible or critical.
