We're about to launch a large company-wide engagement survey. This has been tedious to get reporting to Quantum to import. Exit surveys go to employees' emails when there should be an option for us to upload both work/personal emails so the exit survey would go to both. We can revisit conversations and measure progress, while sharing up the line with managers and HR. The prompts also are easy to use and templates help facilitate conversations. I like the ease of creating surveys and having them submitted for completing. I also greatly enjoy the way to collects surveys into multi-review data to get an overall number. The 1-0n--1 feature is great for check-ins with my direct supervisor, and can be structured in a custom way to ensure all the right questions are asked of both of us. I've also had a lot of fun using the goal tracker. I like that you can break down each goal into indiviual tasks and set a timeline. It's great for keeping me accountable for the year! **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** As a part of the HR world, I wish there a more quantifiable rating system in quantum than the 1-5 system. I find this ranking to be a bit arbitrary when it comes to ranking peers againts each other, where something like the 9-Box which measures performance against potential may be a better indicator of where staff truly are. **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem quantum solves is having an accountbility metric for each employee to receive that moment-to-moment feedback in a standardized format - in an industry like public accounting, constantly learning from your mistakes and growing from them is vital. ### 24. Compared to previously used review sites, I have no complaints about Quantum when it comes to my yearly review sessions. **What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?** The least helpful thing about Quantum Workplace would have to be the main dashboard I see upon logging in. There seems to be information that pops up that has nothing to do with myself or even my immediate coworkers. Not a big deal to see these snippets from others, but it would be nice to filter them out (if not already existing.) **What problems is Quantum Workplace solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quantum Workplace has solved the problem of putting down my goals and expectations for and from the managerial staff that I work with on a daily basis.
