One of my other favorite features is the Qualia QR codes—they save significant time and effort by allowing documents to be quickly scanned and uploaded into one organized, centralized location without extra steps or manual sorting. Being able to work from anywhere just by logging in means I’m no longer confined to my desk when I need to complete tasks or access documents. In contrast to the programs I’ve used before, which had to be manually downloaded, expired annually, and needed frequent updates, having a fully online and integrated system feels like a real advantage.
