Quable PIM Pricing Overview

During the implementation of the Quable PIM, we were accompanied, which allowed us to become familiar with the platform. We were trained by Quable and our agency and quickly learned to manage the system, the interface, and notably the import and export system.

The handling of the platform was simple, quite intuitive thanks to quick training and the support of the client teams. We appreciate the responsiveness of the support as well as their availability in our exchanges since we use the PIM daily for multiple and sometimes urgent actions. We are 3 daily users and each of us quickly became autonomous on the platform.

We also appreciate the ability to have all our product information in one place, editable in bulk and by import, which facilitates the implementation of our product updates. We manage about 6000 variants and 3000 products as well as about 10000 media, and being able to export and import information on the same platform is very useful for us.

The PIM has facilitated our product creation workflow, and the latest developments by the Quable team have greatly facilitated our daily work by making it much easier (notably the automatic integration of media into product sheets).

Note: the platform evolves very regularly and improves in terms of UX, which is very appreciable.

Using the platform every day, we notice these evolutions.

Similarly, the teams are particularly responsive in answering our questions and are very involved in the evolutions. We have notably had first insights into AI in Quable as well as developments in translation methods. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our experience is related to the integration of the PIM on our Magento 2 CMS through product and asset flows. As of today, we are still encountering difficulties with the asset flow, and it is also impossible for us to use all the features on the DAM side. However, the Quable team is always responsive in helping us and trying to resolve the often tripartite issues.

One major issue with Quable lies in its export limitations. The platform does not allow users to export the entirety of their data, which creates significant challenges for teams that need to perform complete backups, large-scale migrations, or in-depth external analyses. Moreover, the API provided by Quable is quite limited — both in terms of accessible data fields and request capacity — making it difficult to retrieve comprehensive product information or to integrate smoothly with other systems.
