Improved tracking and accountability **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2018 **What do you like best about QTrak?** Prior to adopting qtrak to manage our package system we were having issues with packages being tampered with and a poor record keeping of packages. Qtak has greatly improved our record keeping and accountability. **What do you dislike about QTrak?** Some packages have multiple barcodes so if different barcodes are scanned at different times, it will create separate records in the system. It's also difficult to sometimes have to scan in carrier mode and other times in custom mode. I wish that these modes were merged to simplify. **Recommendations to others considering QTrak:** Qtrak is a great product. My staff enjoy using it and find it easy to understand. I suggest connecting with Qtrak support to do an overview for your team to learn the system. One thing I've thought would be helpful for us would be using custom labels for each package that we attach rather than the carrier label because it would provide better consistency to ensure that we only scan that particular package, but the drawback of that is that when someone asks us to find a package using the USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc. tracking number we would not be able to. **What problems is QTrak solving and how is that benefiting you?** Better record keeping of when packages are received and delivered, automated email notifications to recipients, and gps tracking of packages each time they are scanned. These all help us locate missing packages and maintain better accountability. ### 3.
