Any query we have had we can confirm , on every occasion since the inception and installation of QR TIGER generator into Tradies Bio, We have received replies prop responses , within hours of our request and on every occasion, QrTiger, have been able to assist with a solution and or direction and correction as we set up our business of Tradies Bio credentials in Australia **What do you dislike about QR TIGER?** The obvious downside is that we are in Australia and not in the northern hemisphere, and obviously there is a time zone differential but I can confirm that that is not an issue. I quickly found it super user friendly and very versatile. I was on the free version while I developed my project and then upgraded. I love that I can put brand logos in the center and change up the designs for brand identity and to clearly define my various projects. Cutomer support if fantastic - fast and comprehensive - when I couldn't figure things our for myself (not often because it's all pretty simple). I have given personalized and branded QR Tiger codes to friends and family because they are so easy to use. As my project launches this year, I know I will be making much more use out of QR TIGER. I've used them on window decal, product labels, marketing materials, and the resolution is perfect. **What do you dislike about QR TIGER?** I had trouble sabving templates for reuse, but I think that was lack of my understanding. **What problems is QR TIGER solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to get a lot of information to a potential customer without using a lot of label real estate or having someone present to explain. Then once the QR code is created, you have the ability to modify the contents without having to generate a new QR. We are using QR codes for marketing on tradeshow booths to business cards. With the tracking statistics we plan on being able to use the data to help drive our marketing in a positve direction that leads to more engagement and increased business. What's not to like about that...and it's reasonably priced for all of these features. It also has integration into several applications that we utilize as well. I haven't used these features yet, but plan to in the near future to simplify and automate some of our tasks. **What do you dislike about QR TIGER?** The one thing I would change is the ability to modify the design of a QR code after it has been generated. it seems you can adjust the data within the QR code, but not the design of it. Being able to adjust color, change a logo or the pattern after it's been generated would be beneficial and save time over having to start from scratch if you make a mistake or just want to change the design. **What problems is QR TIGER solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is simplifying our capabiilty to share our corporate information in an fast and effective way. With a QR code, potential customers can gain access to all of our corporate information with relative ease, on their smartphones from anywhere. They can access our website, our LinkedIn, any of our social media platforms and our individual staff through a variety of QR codes that we can design to reflect our brand.
