QRFY is easy to use and great if you don't like to waste your money! One feature we like best is that we can redirect QR codes so we don't have random dead-linked QR codes on digital prints or business cards. For example, this hasn't happened but in the case that it would, if a salesperson leaves and wants to continue using their QR code business card, we can redirect the QR code to a general webpage instead of one dedicated to that particular rep. Or if the code is linked to a time-sensitive survey or discount, once the event is over we can redirect the QR code even if people are still scanning. The live QR codes were still useable and I could edit the contents but I could not see the QR code or download it which was a problem because I needed to download it and add it to a new document. The response team was much faster than I expected and it was very much appreaciated. If the service plan expires, the previous dynamic QR codes are no longer active, which means an active account is always necessary as long as the QR codes are out there on marketing materials. When teams are looking to get a QR code, they used to ask for our graphic design or tech team to provide them with the QR code, which may delay the output. In using QRFY, our teams are enabled to create and manage their codes without much intervention. The reusable templates speed up the process and ensure brand consistency across projects.
