One feature we like best is that we can redirect QR codes so we don't have random dead-linked QR codes on digital prints or business cards. For example, this hasn't happened but in the case that it would, if a salesperson leaves and wants to continue using their QR code business card, we can redirect the QR code to a general webpage instead of one dedicated to that particular rep. Or if the code is linked to a time-sensitive survey or discount, once the event is over we can redirect the QR code even if people are still scanning. Very useful, haven't really seen this feature with competitors. **What do you dislike about QRFY?** For some reason the template for my QR code design broke, the logo file I used disappeared and it broke all of my QR codes in the platform. The live QR codes were still useable and I could edit the contents but I could not see the QR code or download it which was a problem because I needed to download it and add it to a new document. The response team was much faster than I expected and it was very much appreaciated.
