QRFleet Reviews & Product Details

QRFleet is fleet maintenance software that tracks mileage and engine hours through QR codes attached to vehicles, equipment, or key fobs. The platform eliminates GPS hardware by allowing operators to log odometer readings or engine hours in approximately five seconds via mobile devices without installing applications. The system generates service reminders with color-coded alerts based on customizable mileage or hour intervals. Each asset receives a unique QR code for tracking across rental cars, delivery vans, motorcycles, construction equipment, and other fleet types. Operators scan the QR code and submit readings through a mobile browser. The platform then tracks maintenance schedules and sends alerts when service is due. This process involves attaching QR codes to assets, scanning and submitting readings, and receiving automated notifications to help manage preventive maintenance tasks.
