"Dynamic Codes and Scan Tracking Make Campaign Optimization Easy"
4/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

The best part for me is the combination of dynamic codes and scan tracking. I can see how each campaign is performing and adjust it without producing new materials, which is essential when you manage several venues at once. The interface is straightforward, so creating branded codes takes a couple of minutes and doesn't require any design or technical skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

The main downside for me is the pricing structure: some features I'd use regularly are locked behind higher plans, and the limits on dynamic codes can become restrictive if you manage several brands or locations. The analytics are useful but fairly basic — I'd like more detailed segmentation and easier exports. Nothing blocking, but there's room to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Thank you for a review this considered, Ciro. The mix of dynamic codes and scan tracking is really the heart of the product, and hearing it lets you tune campaigns across several venues without reprinting, in an interface that stays quick and doesn't need a designer, is exactly what we're aiming for.

Your points on the downside are fair and we take them seriously. Pricing tiers, dynamic-code limits, and analytics depth are real considerations for anyone managing multiple brands or locations, and more detailed segmentation and easier exports are on our radar. Feedback like yours, specific and grounded in real use, is what helps us weigh where to push next.

Glad QRCodeKIT is cutting your costs and lead times while showing you which touchpoints actually earn their place in print. Thanks for taking the time.

"QRCodeKIT: Fast, Reliable, and Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

I like that QRCodeKIT is fast and convenient, making it easy to use. The customer service is always on time, and whenever I have a problem, the team is available to help. This makes my service feel accounted for without having to do the manual work myself because they handle it. I also appreciate the originality and ownership verification it provides, showing where it came from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

One thing I think could be improved is the size of the three big dots on the QR codes. It would be nice if the ones at the edges could be reduced a bit to make them look more like the normal size of other QR codes. They're okay as they are, but I'm just suggesting since the two dots on the side seem bigger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Thank you for the review! Fast, reliable, and backed by a support team that handles things so you don't have to is exactly the experience we want to deliver, so it's great to hear it's landing that way for you. And knowing the authenticity and ownership verification is giving you real protection against theft and fraud means a lot, that's serious work for a QR code to do.

On the three corner markers, that's a sharp eye. Those are the position patterns that scanners rely on to read the code, so there are limits to how much they can shrink without affecting reliability, but how they're styled and balanced is something we keep refining. Thanks for the thoughtful suggestion.

"QR Codes That Boost Guest Convenience and Resort Efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

Our QR codes have made it easier for guests to access important information and services quickly by simply scanning with their mobile devices. They provide instant access to restaurant menus, resort information, promotions, activity schedules, and contact details, creating a more convenient and seamless guest experience. Additionally, the QR codes help reduce the use of printed materials, support our sustainability initiatives, and allow us to update information instantly without the need for reprinting. Overall, they have improved guest convenience, enhanced operational efficiency, and made information more accessible throughout the resort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

The QR code system has been very helpful overall, but there are opportunities for improvement. Some guests are not familiar with using QR codes or may experience difficulty scanning them due to poor lighting, damaged prints, or weak internet connectivity. It would also be beneficial to ensure that all linked pages are regularly updated and optimized for mobile devices to provide a smooth user experience. Adding clear instructions or a brief description beside each QR code would also help guests understand what information or service they can expect after scanning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Thank you for such a detailed review, Raquel. A resort has a lot of moving parts (menus, schedules, promotions, contact details) and hearing that QR codes have pulled all of that into one seamless guest experience, while cutting print and supporting your sustainability goals, is exactly the kind of impact we hope for.

Your points on the guest side are well taken. A lot of what you describe (clear instructions or a short label beside each code, so guests know what to expect) is good practice we'd echo, and keeping linked pages current and mobile-optimized is easy to do from the dashboard whenever things change. On scanning in poor lighting or on damaged prints, higher-contrast designs and a bit of size and placement care go a long way, and we're always working to make codes more forgiving.

Glad QRCodeKIT is improving both guest convenience and how the resort runs day to day! Thanks for the thoughtful feedback.

"Flexible QR Codes and Short Links That Stay Editable - Brilliant!"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

I can setup as many QR codes and/or short links as I need. These point to a URL and if the URL changes I can edit it in QRCodeKIT without having to get a new QR code or short link and change all our campaign assets, especially printed assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

I don't dislike anything about QRCodeKIT but if I have to give an answer my least favorite of all the tools is the lack of granularity in the reports. But I usually don't need it so it's OK with me. If I really need it I can just use a link that is set up in GA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Thanks for this! The whole point of dynamic codes and short links is exactly what you describe: change the destination once, and every printed asset out in the world keeps working. Glad it's saving you the headache of chasing links across campaigns.

On reporting granularity, fair enough, and it's good to know the GA route covers you on the rare occasions you need to go deeper. Keeping everything editable from one place is the job we most want to get right, so it's great to hear that's landing.

"Boosts Engagement Tracking with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

I use QR Code KIT for my event center and love that it provides tangible proof of who is engaging with our materials. It's incredibly viable for us as we make a variety of printed assets and being able to see what has been scanned or not is crucial. The detailed organization and the ability to see QR code engagement data is something I really enjoy. Beyond that, the initial setup was beyond easy, making it simple for us to start tracking scans with concrete data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

There really aren't any features that I don't like about QR Code KIT. We find it to be very vital to our marketing efforts, and don't have any changes at the moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Thank you for this, Whitney! The line between a random QR generator and a real tracking tool is exactly the one we care about, so hearing that the concrete scan data makes a difference for your event center is great to read.

Knowing which printed assets actually get engagement, rather than guessing, is where QR codes earn their keep. Glad it's become a vital part of how you run your marketing, and thanks for being with us 🙏

"Great Customer Service That Tailors to Your Needs"
4.5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

They provided great customer service and worked with me to make sure everything fit my needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

I do wish they offered a middle package option. There’s a very big jump from the regular to the pro package, and I’d really love a plan that includes 500 QR’s. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible, Organized QR Codes for Ongoing Marketing Campaigns"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

QRCodeKIT is especially useful when QR codes are part of ongoing marketing campaigns, not just one-off projects. We use it across printed materials and event assets, and it helps us keep everything organized in one place. The ability to update the destination even after something has been printed gives us a lot more flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

It takes a bit of time to get familiar with all the management options, especially when you’re setting up multiple campaigns. I also wish some of the reports offered a little more flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Thank you for the thoughtful review, Alcimar! We're glad QRCodeKIT fits the way you actually work, with QR codes living across ongoing campaigns rather than single projects, and that being able to update destinations after print gives you that extra flexibility.

Your point on the learning curve and reporting is well taken. We're continuing to streamline campaign setup and expand reporting options, so feedback like this directly shapes where we focus next.

Thanks again for using scan data to connect your offline materials to real engagement. That's exactly the kind of measurable result we want QRCodeKIT to deliver!

"Branded QR Codes with Seamless Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about QRCodeKIT?

I like using QR Code KIT for its ability to custom design QR codes and tracking capabilities. Including our logo in the QR code is a big win for branding. I can also A/B test different postcards and use the QR code reporting to see which offers generate the most leads. The initial setup was pretty easy, and I got the hang of it quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QRCodeKIT?

I feel like the organization of UI folders could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Roberto Maggio of QRCodeKIT

Appreciate you taking the time. The logo-in-the-QR plus reporting combo is what we wanted to nail, and hearing it's driving real branding and A/B testing wins on your postcards is the best kind of feedback.

On the folder UI, you're right, and it's something we're working to make cleaner. Noted and on our list.

That offline-to-online jump is the whole point, so it's great to see QRCodeKIT pulling its weight there.
