Very Disappointing & Predatory Billing Practices

I signed up for what was advertised as a 7-day trial to use this service for one day only. At no point did I receive any email, reminder, or notice that the trial was ending or that my account would be converted into a $49 recurring subscription.

Like many reputable companies do, I reasonably expected the service to either expire at the end of the trial or prompt me before billing. Instead, I was charged repeatedly without notice. When I contacted support, they pointed exclusively to their Terms of Service and refused to issue a full refund, offering only to refund the most recent charge.

Relying on fine print while providing no renewal notification—especially after a low-cost trial—is not customer-friendly and feels predatory. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve this fairly has completely eroded my trust in this company.
