Additionally, they have added very nice new functionalities that can be leveraged without extra cost. **What do you dislike about Qomplx?** The initial product had many issues in our environment and it took us almost one year to successfully deploy it. We have asked for some customizations for example to adjust the rotation for the password change to 12 months instead of 3 but they never did it. **What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use QOMPLX too replace MS ATA and we selected that solution instead of Defender for Identity. Until now we have not faced any critical security incidents. The solution is working properly. ### 2. As a Small/Medium size organisation, we just don't have the budget and resources to have a dedicated security team that knows everything there is to know bout AD security and Qomplex has really helped us in that area. **What do you dislike about Qomplx?** Nothing I dislike as yet apart from remembering to spell the name correctly! **What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qomplex is showing us where there are any weaknesses in our AD and domain security. It is also highlighting any potential risks in our Windows Event logs. This help us improve our network security and hopefully would help us identify any signs of compromise ### 3. The SOC at Qomplx are highly technical, which provides us with a lot of confidence, and now we can sleep at night knowing they are monitoring 24/7. **What do you dislike about Qomplx?** I don't have any dislikes about Qomplx, so very hard to comment here. **What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?** The key differences I find with Qomplex compared to other suppliers, is that that have made their own AD monitoring tool, which has provided massive insight into what happens on our infrastructure. You usually pay a lot for software to provide essential information with regard to group changes, etc.; however, this is just one example of their differences, as there are many more. The other game-changing aspect, which has helped a lot, given everything is now cloud-based, is the ability to fully monitor our O365/Azure on any threats and unusual behaviour that could lead to attacks. ### 4. The SIEM also provides an overview of our security posture for AD, public domains, and Azure. The SIEM allows searching across events from all of our servers. And they provide a Kerberos monitoring agent for all types of ticket and DC sync attacks. **What do you dislike about Qomplx?** A few growing pains around event ingestion; QOMPLX has added monitors to inform their engineering team and us if events for any devices are not being ingested. **What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?** QOMPLX provides an affordable cloud-based SIEM for log collection and aggregation. Combining that with their 24x7 SOC and their weekly MDR reports, they are the eyes and ears of our network. ### 5. Their prompt availability to address any queries, be it through email or immediate video chats, has been highly commendable. **What do you dislike about Qomplx?** To date, we have not encountered any issues in our dealings with them. **What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?** At present, Qomplx has proven to be an invaluable asset in facilitating our domain monitoring, active directory audits, and assessments. The implementation of these features has significantly enhanced our organization's productivity and provided us with increased confidence in executing our daily tasks. ### 6. A great all around product **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023 **What do you like best about Qomplx?** I'd like to mention three things: 1) The Kerberos monitoring functionality is the core, and allows your organization to keep that all-important traffic under watch, to be able to react quickly if something malicious happens. 2) The Privilege Access Active Directory data collecting is really useful, and now they added Azure AD too! 3) Last, but not least, the human aspect of working with QOMPLX is a huge asset, their team is always helpful. **What do you dislike about Qomplx?** Even though all QOMPLX team members I've worked with were super nice, in two years they changed a lot, so sometimes you need to rebuild trust and relationships again. A steadier team would have been easier for us. **What problems is Qomplx solving and how is that benefiting you?** QOMPLX help us monitor our Kerberos traffic to detect malicious activity, and continuously extract PA information from Active Directory and Azure AD to detect unintended or malicious changes. ### 7.
