Especially if you don't work with it all the time, it's easy to forget certain steps. This way you can sort your library in so many way and you can have an amazing framework when you work with graphic design and content creation. All the filters options are also fantastic time savers. **What do you dislike about QBank DAM?** If nobody explains you how the interface works and shows you the "iden functionalities", it's easy to feel lost. Far from an apple product, for example. Very PC-like... I believe that there is plenty of different functionality in the application but some of it is easy to miss due to the slightly outdated interface. Create good specifications, and take time to look at them before building. Also appreciate the personal attention given to projects our business requests. **What do you dislike about QBank DAM?** The time difference between US and Sweden is a little hard to work around. Qbank backend user experience/look and feel could be updated to make it easier to navigate for Admins/Editors. Sometimes small bugs in the system do not always get fixed but the system overall works well. **What problems is QBank DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** One source of truth for assets, assets do not live on 3-4 network drives that people need to search through and find (saves time finding most up to date assets). Ability to share the assets with our business partners on a secured website saves time locating and sending assets to our business partners, they can self-serve themselves. Moodboard ability to send assets to external parties, use Qbank Moodboards and not 3-4 different large file transfer websites (which our IT department was always shutting down our rights to use these sites). Ability to have multiple internal users manage different assets so one department is not responsible for managing updates to all the assets, helping our internal employees self-serve as well. ### 27. We have been working with the team to evolve the plug ins for social media and we've been able to deploy it across 15+ teams. **What do you dislike about QBank DAM?** We are a company with a lot of folders, and users don't get the structure right at the first go, so modifying it as we go a long becomes a bit tricky as drag and drop is not an option. We would also love to create automations from the admin panels without asking the team. **What problems is QBank DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have centralised and local teams all over the world, and we are able to store all the products in one place and making them available for everyone to access. We have managed to ramp up teams with almost no training. While it's easy, it's still very powerful thanks to mass editing capabilities and full administration features. Download templates save tons of time and are easy to setup. Perhaps the best part is that whenever we've needed help, Qbank support has been easy to reach and very quick to respond and resolve issues. **What do you dislike about QBank DAM?** Workflow features are quite elementary but on the other hand keep things simple. We have been working with them for about 2 years now and I have always been impressed with the responsiveness for support and help with any questions, improvements, and features. Having the ability to have a single source of truth for all of our assets regardless of where we publish them has been a significant improvement for our internal workflow. One file for our website, partner portal eCom, etc. We love the ability to link or associate assets with one another. This could be a model release linked to a headshot or a license agreement linked to a stock photo. **What do you dislike about QBank DAM?** Anytime we have had any issues with the platform the team is extremely responsive and often able to resolve very quickly. No real negative feedback to provide. **What problems is QBank DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Primary usage is a single source of truth for all of our assets published externally. We no longer need to manage assets in various locations reducing internal marketing time spent loading content on various sites and portals.
